Family Pics. Attempt 2- success.

Image
Ok so as I said earlier, attempt #1 at family pictures failed- meaning- Lucy fell in the parking lot and scraped up her whole face, and felt the need to sob for the next 1/2 hour. so we tried again a week later, for much better results thanks to Desiree with Rachael Tyler Photography! her blog is: dedephoto.blogspot.com  and she is awesome!

gardner village.

Image
we went to gardner village on tuesday. perfect weather. good food. good candy. good treats. cutest little stores. thanks mom! lucy was so sad to say goodbye to the 'nay's'. as usual. silly little girl. p.s. tyler is convinced we are having a boy. i sort of am too. a girl would be a surprise! confession: i have no idea what to do with a boy! here we go...

pumpkins & nays.

Image
I love October! Tuesday while up in Ktown for KJH cheer, my mom and I took Lucy to the pumpkin patch.  She is so cute- she absolutely loves being outside and running as fast as she can. Honestly- in the just the last couple weeks she has really made the turn into 'toddler-hood' aka- she is either sleeping or totally causing mayhem. =) that cute scratch on her face is what she got just moments before we were supposed to get our family pictures taken... ahhh... cute lucy.  so it's Fall Break- which means tyler didn't have school yesterday, so spur of the moment we decided to head up to Kaysville so Lucy could ride the horses out at the farm- she has had quite the obsession with horses lately, and when we told her we were going to ride horses, she then grabbed all of her horse stuffed animals and brought them with us on the car ride. silly little girl. these are some of her at the farm- You would think she had never seen a horse before? what? She was like so exci...

thoughts.

i have had a lot of thoughts as of late. ranging from- i wonder what it would be like to not coach and have time to like, sew? to- what should we name the little squirt? is henry really too old fashioned? but i think it's cute. but will he get made fun of for the rest of his life? or can we just call him king henry and be done? oh, and what if it's a girl? (tyler refuses to believe that though.) to- tyler graduates in april- will we ever move, or just live in 63 east forever? (it's been over 3 years. does that classify as forever?) is it so bad to want a house? a yard? Lucy is a terror. why did I want another one? To- man Lucy is so dang cute. Also. We were supposed to take family pictures on Monday night. I got out of cheer early, Tyler left school early to get his haircut, we made the drive from happy valley to downtown slc. got out of the car- lucy ran, lucy tripped. lucy cried. and sobbed. and sobbed. and cried. and sobbed. and scraped up her face. family pictur...

nitro circus...

Image
so tyler has worked for apx for 3 years now. no worries- inside sales. i don't think we could do the whole door to door thing- but anyway. they are great- whenever his sales team reaches their goal we all go out to a nice dinner- so that's usually once or twice a month, and tonight they had their annual 'big party'. this year the hired the cast of nitro circus to come- they turned the whole front of the building into a stunt course, and we had all the j-dawgs you could ever dream of. haha... they are seriously so good. but it was awesome. amy and luke came with us, and we enjoyed quite the show!  here they are coming in skydiving travis pastrana back flipping over all the managers  cute luke and amy tyler and i. ah the beauty of babysitters... we totally should have gotten in on that earlier in lucy's life! haha. i mean we have family babysit ALL the time, but we have finally branched out into the, "oh ya, one of my cheerleaders could babysit?" lov...
