We had a fabulous Friday! i survived the long week of cheerios and stunt clinic... i caught up on my sleep on the way up north- Tyler has pictures on his phone to prove it. They are awesome. and we hit up the annual heritage place fest before the Bountiful parade! Ed & LaRae welcomed us to their stompin' grounds for a hot dog, popsicle, and a parade. awesome. then we hit up my cute cousin Craig's Reception, and miraculously my whole family somehow ended up back at my parent's house! we stared at cute baby carter, ate pizza late, and laughed at the funny boob shaped lights on the ceiling. =) maybe one day these two will actually smile at the same time! the bad news. i ended up driving back to orem at 2 in the morning by myself due to a very sick little girl. (tyler drove home at about 11pm because he had to work in the morning and i was going to sleep over and to the pedal for Parkinson's bike ride in the morning with the crosland fam... bummer!) her and dadd...

last night we went to the days of 47' rodeo with the crosland's and our good friends porter and erika.... and... i have the cutest little girl ever. See: lucy was a little nervous at first, but loved it.  i think she said, "Nay-Nay" just about the whole time were were there looking at the horses. thanks again jeff! this weekend jeff got out his 59' chevy truck too. tyler was pretty cool and drove us around the neighborhood in it. i think he should model.

summer is in full force. and it has been HOT outside! and we love it... when we are swimming. =) thursday lulu and i went to the lindon pool, and friday my mom and candace came down and swam with us again at the pool! we also got hawaiian shaved ice, and red mango frozen yogurt that day with them! Yum. Saturday my cheerios had their car wash/yard sale and then we headed up north to see our families. we went to shawn and mel's so that lulu could meet her new cousin carter. he is so cute! lucy was amazed at him, she just kept staring and trying to pet him, so cute! saturday night we headed out to the farm to have a little bbq with amy and luke and their friends they did bubbles for a while, and lucy was in heaven! it was so cute. she just hung out all night in her little chair, played in the sand box- trying to forward rolls in the sand, and playing bubbles with her cute cousin blake and friends! later we rode the horses, and lucy was in heaven! still loving summer....

happy things. new baby nephew.... carter paul brock july 13, 2010 5:36pm 22 in. 7lbs 12oz congrats shawn and mel! silly little trouble makers. reading real simple magazine in the middle of the day while lulu sleeps swimming with lulu all day at the pool making lulu laugh sytycd.... love lauren and kent! (&ashley&alex.sad) summer.... love it.

this week and last week i had/have nothing on my calendar. talk about awesome. me and lu went swimmin' last week at the scera we had dinner with good friends quin and heidi saturday night my friend haley got married and best of all- i get to meet my new nephew carter paul brock today! Yay! and this is pretty much what my house looks like all the time. lulu getting everything out of the cupboards and drawers and just having the time of her life!
