OH... She is SO dang cute. Yes I know, the bow is still too big, but so cute. Lucy now has tears. It's so precious. Her little LONG eyelashes get all wet now when she crys! She's not quite sure what to think of tummy time. She mainly drools and trys to eat whatever she is laying on. Lucy has angry eyes. Look at her eyebrows, whenever she is unhappy she totally 'furrows her brow' and just stares. Her eyes look a little funny because whenever the second flash will go off her eyes go HUGE. Yes. Sorry I am so behind on blogging. I have thought of a million things to blog about lately-- but they will just have to wait, because I need to blog about my trip me and Lucy took last weekend! But I just can't resist-- Did anyone see Paula as she was watching Adam perform tuesday night on american idol? OH it was hilarious- priceless. THEN- as she was giving him her crazy speech as to how amazing he is, which granted, he really is good, I'm just not a fan, She is rambling on, and Simon is giving her this look like, "what the hell are you talking about?" It's hilarioius. His face says exactly what I am thinking everytime she talks! You have to watch the clip sometime. ANYWAY. So, after deciding to leave my poor cute husband on his birthday me and Lucy took off to St. George with my mom, Coleen, and little Can Can for her dance competition! Happy Birthday Tyler! April 18th! Ok. So I'm a little late on this, but Im a little behind in general! Tyler's birthday was Saturday, and me, being the horrible wife that I am, went down to St. George, and left him all alone! He had a ton of homework to get done, he even took the week off of work, but I still felt bad leaving him! I just have to say though that Tyler is the best husband and father a girl could ask for! He is seriously so good to me and Lucy. Even though I think he loves Lucy now way more than he loves me, he still treats me like such a princess. I am so thankful for him and Love him more than anything!! Here is Ty with the swimsuit he ordered himself off of the internet!

We had a fabulous Easter weekend! We ended up going up to Kaysville on Saturday and spent the weekend up there. Saturday night we went to '5 guys and frys' in Bountiful, and spent the night with good friends Porter and Erika, Jake & Jentrie, and Brad & Morgan. Easter was actually pretty laid back! We went to stake conference with my family and just hung out all day while my family stared at Lucy all day! ((Well.. she did look adorable!)) Ty's family got home from their cruise late Sunday night, so we were able to hang out with them on Monday! And the best part of the weekend... I got to go skiing on monday! Yay! Me and my cute mom went up to snowbasin early monday... we were only up there until noon, because by then it started to get slushy, but in the morning it was amazing! It was such a gorgeous day too! Over all a fabulous weekend... Brad's dad- Gary Merrill- passed away this morning from cancer. Keep their family in your prayers. Enjoy a LOT of recent pict...

Ok so my mommy and little Can-Can came down today. We went to lunch and watched Candace practice her solo! She will be performing it for the first time down in St George next weekend! (I wish I could go, but it's Tyler's birthday... such bad timing!) Anyway. So we came back to my apartment for a little while so I could feed Lucy, and turned on Oprah. (Ellen was a rerun. =)) I guess fridays she does this 'live show' where her and some people talk about her shows earlier in the week and just whats going on in the world (My mom calls it her rendition of 'The View'.) WELL. I guess yesterday she had some lady on talking about how to talk to your kids about sex. {I'm sure you can watch it on Oprah.com} So.. Im all for being open with your children, and talking to them about sex and sexuality, etc.. but what this lady said was just disturbing. She was saying basically that mothers should talk to their young teenage girls (ages 10-13) and teach them about self se...

Went up to Kaysville today... enjoyed the day hanging with grandma and auntie co co! We hung out, went to the mall to buy little can can some b-day clothes, and had some fabulous 7-layer dip while watching american idol and playing with little Lucy. Looked in the mirror in the dressing room at the mall and about died- apparantly I forgot to look in the mirror before I left this morning. This may not be appropriate- but seriously- does anyone know where you can get a push-up nursing bra? I seriously need one! And a haircut... and to get my eyebrows waxed... and perhaps some clothes that make me look like I'm not 15 (aka- a highschool mom..)... basically- does anyone want to give me a makeover? Glad to see Scott finally go. Still not loving Adam Lambert- but I will give him credit that he is good, he is entertaining and different, and even that he will probably win. flew up Lucy's nose.  Yes. A bug flew up her nose- or should i say crawled? We were enjoying the beautiful day outside... me, daddy, and little Lucy were sitting out front of our 'house' on a blanket just enjoying the weather when a little ' nat ' landed right above Lucy's luscious lips! I went to carefully swipe it off her face, when it just zipped up her little nose! Then, i go to pick it out of course, I looked up her little nose, and it was gone. Lucy officially has a bug in her brain. Didn't seem to affect her- but still- I kinda feel bad. Poor Lucy and her little nose- I mean she already snorts enough as is, i don't think this will help her congestion. We did enjoy the gorgeous day though! We went to the park, and Lucy played with Daddy while I ran! Speaking of exercise- went to Yoga last night for the first time, and it kicked my trash. I'm looking forward to going again on Wednesday! 

I made it through the week! It was a busy one, but good. It felt good to be busy again to be honest, but I love LOVE being home and not having to go to work or school everyday! Here's a recap: Cheer Try Outs were a success! We just took one bigger squad- 16 girls on Varsity. They are all cute girls, and Im looking forward to another fun year! This year Christy Gerrard (Barney) is going to be my assistant coach, and she is going to be awesome. We have our uniform fittings all done, so now it's just getting busy again with all the fun finance stuff for their parents! Go Tigers! Little Candace made FJH Cheer! They took five 7th graders, and she was one of them! Looks like i'm the only loser who didn't make it in 7th grade now... Oh well. Way to go Can-Can. Go Huskies!
