I totally forgot to mention... This last week before school started and I had a husband... HE... hung up our pictures we got for Christmas, fixed Lucy's drawer, and last but not least... HUNG MY BEDROOM CURTAINS! Miracles do happen. I bought these curtains in December of 2008. Up until this week we have had a lovely green sheet hanging across our window. Go Tyler! I love you babe! Ok. So the goals are in. Ready? Be more 'house-wife-ish'. ie: I cook now, but be a more consistent week day cooker, and continue to experiment with food! Be more on top of cleaning my house- I feel as if I am already improving seeing as now I make my bed everyday- which as my mom can agree too- is amazing. But not just clean hard core one day a week, but be better about doing the little things everyday. Summed up- be a cleany pants. Exercise at LEAST 3x a week. I do love to exercise. I go through ups and downs, but I really do want to run a half marathon! I love to run. I just love to run in the m...

This last Friday and Saturday we ditched our little Lucy bean for the first time! Can you believe it? We survived. And I don't even think she knew we were gone! =) We didn't mean to wait this long until leaving her overnight- but somehow we just did. Tyler's mom had her friday, and my mom Saturday. She was totally fine. Phew. We has an AMAZING weekend up in Midway and Park City! Thanks again Bonnie and Jeff! We shopped, ate, swam, slept, ate, slept, saw 'Did you hear about the Morgans?', ate, shopped, ate, swam, slept, and ate some more. It was Blissful! I heart the Park City outlets.... oh and the Sunday brunch. Here is our wonderful Hotel... And Lucy of course.... and I got my blog book! I have only printed out my 2008 posts so far... but my book turned out BETTER than i expected. I know lame to take pictures of a book, but some people have asked to see! I did mine on Blurb.com-- I'm now working on 2009. I think it was about $70- but for a whole year of scrapb...

Happy New Year Everyone! I know I am now considered late.... seeing as it is now the 5th of January... but I have been de-junking my house. Impressed? You should be. Tonight we took 5 huge garbage bags of STUFF to the D.I. Feels so good to be rid of all the junk. We rang in the New Year with a bang! Hung out at Quin and Heidi's, and watched the men shoot off some fireworks at midnight! It feels so good to have our little family this year! My goals/resolutions to come... As well as me and Tyler's fabulous trip to Midway/Park City!

My Lucy Bean Eskimo Queen is 10 freakin months old! Holy Crap. She might as well be 17. Time has flown. She is the sweetest little girl EVER. She seriously laughs all day, and follows me around just giggling. She pulls herself up on everything, and now walks with her walker! She LOVES her mommy and daddy- and grandma. she is now pretty much eating all solid food- unless im lazy and feed her baby food. She still loves her ba-ba. She claps everytime she falls down. Lulu loves to CUddle.. oh its my favorite. she will just climb up to you and just rest her head on you. It's my favorite thing in the morning in bed- and well pretty much all day. We love our cuddle bug! She was a little thrown off her sleeping by the holidays, but the last couple days has been amazing. Sleeps from about 9pm-7am, has a 'baba', then back to bed until 10:30- followed by 2 naps. Maybe she has my sleep disorder? I can't tell you how much I love my little growling, squealing, queen. We play all day,...

We had a FABULOUS Christmas. Here is a recap... With TONS of pictures. The 23rd we headed up to K-town and had a Donut party with the Crosland Family! Well the girls made donuts the men watched the U game- typical right? I was amazed at how good these donuts were. Seriously. I might have my own party sometime. Christmas Eve we spend the day with the Brock Family. We watched Christmas movies, did a puzzle, and ate way TOO much good good food.   This is me and Lucy and our 'advent' calendar. She put up the ornament every day on the tree! It was so dang cute. Here is our Christmas eve dinner- unfortunately I think I cut just about everyone out of the picture. We also got our Christmas PJ's and attempted to sing Christmas carols while Kyle played the guitar- I knew our family wasn't that musically gifted, but it was seriously the worst thing I have ever heard. Feel free to put our family in a gap commercial. We rocked the plaid! Christmas morning we rushed and opened gifts ...
