i kind of failed at blogging lately. thats okay. not too much is going on! other than... Lucy started gymnastics last week! Note the cute outfit above- she was the cutest one there. Of course. Today was our second day. She loves it! and now has mastered her forward roll/somersault i think that was more due to aunt cheryl though. she is seriously the cutest thing ever, and currently loves "ba-by"s.  She is so funny, and curious, and such a trouble maker. october is the best. i am SO glad it's finally raining, and getting cold! I love the fall!! now i just need some pumpkins on my front porch, and i'll be set. looking forward too: the pumpkin patch gardner village finding/making lucy's cute halloween costume. I think she is going to be a cat?  finding lucy's christmas presents! haha. seeing our little bean's heartbeat again tomorrow! and homemade soup. yum. my parents moving in this weekend! yay!

this is lucy's friend owen. we had a bbq last saturday with some of tyler's work friends, and owen is just a month older than lucy. they seriously played the whole time. lucy just loves friends! after the kissed... haha. we have had a good week. doctor on monday- played with grandma carrie on wednesday, back up to kaysville on friday for kjh, and a surprise party for quin! it was so good to hang out with our friends and not be so worried about lucy- she stayed home with bonnie. tyler made mexican tacos for his family saturday afternoon and went to the U game that night with my brother. i stayed home with my mom and sister to watch the relief society broadcast on tv- we opted to stay home, as lucy can be quite the 'terrorizor' sometimes! and we made sugar cookies... mmmm. here's cute lucy and blake friday night at grandma bonnie's! i had my family down here yesterday for an impromtu sunday dinner at my apartment! our table can fit everyone- now if only my...

1. i love simply orange orange juice. i have it every morning. 2. lucy's poop smells so bad. i always feel bad when i have to change her in public. 3. she looks so cute running around the house in just her diaper- and binky & blanky of course. her blanky is now almost to shreds, so i'm trying to get her hooked on a different one. i started carrying it around with her other one, and it's so funny she always just throws it off and looks disgusted by it. 4. she is currently standing on her head trying to do a somersault waiting for me to tip her over. 5. lucy and i are signing up for a gymnastics class next week! Yay! 6. the reason i told everyone i was prego so early, is because i already look the size of a small whale. no seriously though- i could pass for 5 months pregnant. awesome. 7. lucy is getting into coloring- meaning, she colored on our tv the other day, and the tv bench. good thing they were washable crayons, have i washed it off yet? Yay! Lucy is going to be a BIG SISTER! We went to the doctor today and heard the little peanuts heartbeat-  I am 8 wks along and due May 2nd, 2011!!

My little Jane had her 18 mo. appointment a couple weeks ago, and I keep forgetting to post the stats: Height: 32 in- 61% Weight: 24 lb- 50% Head: 18 in- 27% -She is thinning out! What do you know- I look back and seriously can't believe what a chunk she was as a baby! I love it! She is so funny. Always so friendly with the doctor and nurses, and what do you know- is becoming great at tantrums. Lately- she hits herself in the head when she is mad, or bangs her head against the floor/chair. Is this normal? Haha. Seriously though- she gets so frustrated sometimes, but is just so funny about it. I don't understand. She still loves 'ni-night' and runs to her crib when she gets tired and asks for a 'baba'. We love miss jane. Even when she goes crazy, because for the most part she is a golden little girl. Love you Lucy!

yesterday we went to the state fair. it was my cute niece, blake's birthday! she is now 2! holy crap. that means lucy will be 2 soon! the best part? lucy and blake learned to 'work' the farm. they got to 'milk' the cows, pick and plant veggies, etc... it was so cute. lucy always tries to hang her head out of these as far as she can. totally freaks me out. who doesn't love a pink and purple tractor? cute luke and amy took lucy down the 'big slide' for me- i was wearing a skirt. Haha. I think she might of liked it- but then scared her as she had a look of pure terror as they got to the bottom. =) so cute- lucy still thought the coolest animal was the horse. =) and how cute is this? they just laid like this forever last night! love little lucy. sunday lucy wanted to help my mom cook- my mom has these little dishes lucy just loves, so she sat there and mixed her own little bowl, she is so funny. always just looks at my mom and smiles for pictures ...

we had another busy, fun filled week. monday was labor day so we headed up to my mom's so have a family bbq. my cute aunt connie and cousin jackie rae were in town from tennessee. jackie is going to byu idaho this year. i'm a loser and somehow didn't take any pictures of them, but Lucy always has fun with grandma! thursday i was back in kaysville to go to dinner with my cute girlfriends- paige and her kids are here from new york! we're still so sad they moved! later that night was jentrie's baby shower. she is darling and will be the cutest mama! friday we actually stayed up in kaysville again and ended up going to the mandarin with my family... Mmmmm, and visited cute quin and heidi after. saturday morning tyler, lucy and i hit up granny annie's.
