Fall 2016
I still can't believe my little Clara-bear-a is old enough to be in Kindergarten! She has absolutely loved it. These two are pretty adorable walking to school every morning together!
Another great soccer season! Tyler was roped into coaching Clara's team again and wins at the best dad and coach ever! He even took Rex with him to a bunch of games and coached while Rexy was strapped to him in the baby carrier! Dad of the year! (I was at piano lessons with Lucy!)
Baby Rex kept getting bigger and bigger! Dad would put Rex in his only football outfit every Saturday to watch the Utes play! Haha. Teaching him young!
Rex turned 10 months old in September!
Lucy's biggest fan!
Lucy has bee doing SO great at soccer! Soccer camp from this summer really helped the girls a ton! She was so aggressive and even scored a few goals! Goooo Lucy!
Color week for Kindergarten! Purple, Green, Blue, Yellow, Red, and Pink!
While the mom's wash tables Eleanor joins the big girls for Recess!
Weekend away to Bismarck with Jaymie and Jenny!
Temple session, yummy dinner, late late night and not so great sleep, Stake Relief Society conference, Ivy and Noah's cross country meet, soaking up the sun, Sam's Club, and more good food. Perfect weekend!
10 months old and cute as can be! Mom's favorite little buddy while the girls are at school!
We spent almost every morning in the stroller on walks or a jog! Running down by the middle school, or through the cemetary. The perfect fall for running! Sigh.... (It's the dead of winter now! Tear...)
I ran the Grand Forks Half Marathon! I needed a race to sign up for to get me to run consistently! It was such a beautiful race and the weather was perfect. My friend Leslie Anthony ended up running too. Fun to see different parts of North Dakota too! A fun weekend getaway with Clara and Rex. Lucy got to stay for Ruby's birthday party and have a sleepover!
I wasn't as trained as I would have liked to be, but still had a good race. 1:53. Definitely not a PR, but still ok! Glad I did it!
So fun to have one on one time with this cutie! We had a few dates down to the pool and hot tub! She loved being the center of attention for a couple days, and is the cutest ever!
These two are two peas in a pod and Lucy had a blast at her first sleepover! Lucy sleeps in the pitch black basement, and Ruby loves night lights and music. Haha... they did finally make it to sleep though!
Rexy's favorite place to be. Wishing he was outside with his little girlfriend- Olivia Firmage.
HIs happy place. Eating leaves!
We did Cross Country for the first time this year! It was so funny. It's held on Monday nights and the kids run in age groups. Lucy was SO excited to do it, but when it came down to running she wore out quick! Haha. She had a great time and nearly came in last place every time, but loved looking around and always came across the finish line with a smile on her face!
On the other hand. Clara pushed and pushed herself to 2nd place! She crossed the line angry that she was so exhausted.
I'm not sure which is better!
Made it to Berry Acres with the Noel and Jacobs kids! Love these cutie girls and that cute baby!
The annual Hostfest performance for Ballet! Cutest sweater dancers I know!
Loved, loved General Conference. Felt so good to be HOME for it! Yay!
Tyler, Porter Rappleye and I started a yoga mat company- Vikuta! So far so good. So proud of those boys! They are pretty awesome, and I am in LOVE with my mat! Yay!
We drove to Utah to drop the kids off so we could go on a cruise with the Crosland grown-ups! Wahoo! Post to follow. But made it time for Kyle's birthday!
My cute mom and dad watched all 3 of them for 8 full days! Ahhh! My mother is a Saint. They had SO much fun and did not miss us one bit!
Tyler had to fly straight back to Minot to work, but I got to stay for an extra week to play while the kids were on Fall break!
We got to spend one fun Monday morning with all 10 Crosland grandkids!
Had fun at the Pumpkin Patch with Amy, Melissa, and Grandma Carrie.
Got to ride horses with Aunt Amy, Blake, and Callie!
I got a grown up dinner with my cute family, a temple date with my momma, and lots of fun family time. Such a fun couple weeks! I even survived the 15 hour drive home all alone for the first time with 3 kids! We decided to break it up and spend the night in Billings, and it went great!
We made it home for the girls' primary program! Our primary is so small they each had 3-4 parts, and did such a great job!
School Pictures! Lucy 2nd grade. Clara Kindergarten.
Rex learned to stand and hit 11 months old in October!
Stop growing up buddy!
Halloween 2016 was great.
Lucy was Rey from the new Star Wars, Clara- Princess Leia, Rexy had both a Chewy and Yoda costume, Tyler- Yoda, Me- Jedi. Coolest parents ever. Haha! Ruby Sue came with us to the ward Trunk or Treat.
Halloween Night at the Jacob's residence! Such a fun Halloween tradition. It was pouring rain this year, so we only made it to a few houses! But had fun at Clara's class party, and saw Lucy in the school costume parade!
