lulu rocks the ponytail. she might look more like alfalfa then a cute little girl... but i still think it's darling. She is getting so busy. favorite things include: ejecting dvd's turning off the tv pulling out all the dishtowels of the drawer banging on the washer, table, to anyone climbing up everyone on holding on to them as she walks saying 'goo goo ga ga' 'mamamma' 'dad' she's now on whole milk 100% and only 3, maybe 4 bottles a day and drinking so much better out of her sippy cup loves her binky still when she's tired... and connected at the hip with her blanky.. says 'ahhhhh' (sighing) anytime she sees a blanky, pillow, or sometimes even you and rests her head on it and cuddles up to it. so cute. we love miss lu.

Confession: Sometimes I don't shower in the morning because I tell myself I am going to work out later that day. I almost always never do. Today is one of those days.... but it is so pretty outside today I have convinced myself I will run after my 'cheerios' practice. I'll let you know how it works out. P.S. Lucy is better. We even made it to swimming lessons this morning! The Super Bowl was just as lame as last year- I think college football is way more entertaining. Also- Who the heck is the Who? Seriously. You couldn't have gotten Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, Black Eyed Peas... really anyone else in the world to perform? I thought you were the super bowl. Obviously not. My cheerios had a competition on Saturday... the competition was ran horribly- I was pretty disappointed, but the girls did awesome! lulu is almost back to norman. (normal) looks like $155 was worth it in the end... did i say she got her very own inhaler? i hate to say it.. but i fear she might get tyler's asthma. today was such a beautiful day... i was craving spring SO bad! lulu and i went on a little walk to the park so she could swing and have some fresh air... isn't she darling? confession: i had 2 and a half donuts for breakfast. 3 pizza/bread things for lunch and nachos and a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch for dinner. barf. that's embarrassing. why is that when i wanted to diet so badly when i was pregnant and nursing, and now that i can... well i don't to say the least. i am addicted to sugar. candy is so good. dessert is so good. tonight at my cheerio's game- out at westlake- the new highschool in saratoga springs... which yes, i got lost finding... anyway... my poor sick little girl tripped while crawling and scraped her nose. sad huh? she didn't seem to mind. thanks grandma bonnie f...

baby motrin $11 insta care visit $35 prescriptions $111 an almost better baby, with actually getting some sleep at night.... priceless. yes- you read right. $111 for prescriptions! my baby sure as heck better be feeling better today! =)

Lucy is sick. It's so sad. I don't know how she got it, or what she has. But she's sick. She sounds like she has asthma. and bronculitus- or whatever the heck it is. You know what I mean? Right? We missed swimming lessons on monday and probably again tomorrow. at least she is eating! She seriously will just start crying out of no where and looks miserable. Poor thing can't breathe... She is so cute. I'm reading to her my favorite book of all time-- The Little Prince by Antoine De Saint-Exupery READ IT! You will love it. Glad January is over- and that me and Lucy got to run on Monday! more glad that it was warm enough to take lucy outside! Yay for spring.. P.S. Lucy is now walking a few steps on her own! It's so cute!

i had the most wonderful weekend. we went up to kaysville... so that i could ski. did you know i love to ski? because i do. snowbasin is my all-time favorite resort. it is truly the best. i went with my mom, dad, and older brother shawn. tyler stayed home with lulu... =) the snow was amazing.... and today my legs kill. it was amazing. im hoping i can go at least one more time this year! i miss the days of highschool when i had a season pass and would ditch school once a week to ski.... if only if only.... at the top of 'lone tree' above strawberry about to ski down you can see the middle bowl lodge and gondola in the distance! beautiful! yes. we do all have matching helmets. cool? yes. also- momentous occasion. Lucy is now in her 'big girl' seat in the car! Yay! She loves it... She is also sick today... we don't know if she is allergic to the cats at the Croslands and has a cold, or just has one nasty cold. she sounds like death- poor girl. can't wait to take he...

So Lucy started swimming lessons on Monday. Here she is already to go to class yesterday! My mom got her this adorable cover up with matching swim suit. She is an only grandchild okay? and my mom really likes to shop... there are only two other little girls in her class, and so far she seems to really like it! she loves swimming- but with it being right at when she usually naps she seems a little more 'mellow' than she would normally be. Plust the water is a little cold! I think my mom is coming down one day to watch so hopefully I will have better pictures then! Lucy is getting SO fun. but SO busy! She is constantly walking with her walker, or along the couch, or on me everywhere we go we just bought her her first toothbrush too. she now likes to rip her headbands out.... sad day. she loves books, and pointing and laughing and everything in them. she loves it when daddy comes home and crawls right over to him and waits for him to pick her up! we did her first 'ponytail...
