11 months old!

So Lucy started swimming lessons on Monday.
Here she is already to go to class yesterday!
My mom got her this adorable cover up with matching swim suit.
She is an only grandchild okay?
and my mom really likes to shop...
there are only two other little girls in her class, and so far she seems to really like it!
she loves swimming- but with it being right at when she usually naps she seems a little more 'mellow' than she would normally be.
Plust the water is a little cold!
I think my mom is coming down one day to watch so hopefully I will have better pictures then!




Lucy is getting SO fun. but SO busy!
She is constantly walking with her walker, or along the couch, or on me everywhere we go
we just bought her her first toothbrush too.
she now likes to rip her headbands out.... sad day.
she loves books, and pointing and laughing and everything in them.
she loves it when daddy comes home and crawls right over to him and waits for him to pick her up!
we did her first 'ponytail' the other day- aka- alfalfa.
she is still pretty bald... =)
she loves to eat and is now on mostly whole milk instead of formula! (happy day for my wallet!)
she is so fun, and I cant believe how big she is...
almost one!

We love you little bean!






I really wish I could figure out how to post videos on here now.. anyone know how too?

My girls had the Mtn View vs Orem game last night...
it's so funny how into this rival people get...
my ears were ringing by the end of the game... imagine poor Lucy's?
The performed their hip hop- and won in double over time!
So fun for them. and i thought we'd lose...
let's be honest- i never watch the game anyway! =)

    She is so cute! I love all the pics! About the video...When you writing your post there should be a little button right next to the add a picture button that looks like a film strip. I just click on that and upload it. It takes forever on mine but that's how I do it. I hope it works! Good luck!

    you can upload your video like that or you can put them up on Youtube and then embed them. Both usually take a long time! and putting it directly on blogger keeps it more private

I still can't believe my little Clara-bear-a is old enough to be in Kindergarten! She has absolutely loved it. These two are pretty adorable walking to school every morning together! Another great soccer season! Tyler was roped into coaching Clara's team again and wins at the best dad and coach ever! He even took Rex with him to a bunch of games and coached while Rexy was strapped to him in the baby carrier! Dad of the year! (I was at piano lessons with Lucy!) hello!

it's me! I'm back. I have missed writing, so here I am. writing. so very much has happened since I first began this blog back in 2008! ah! almost 10 years ago. Time has seriously flown. I feel like I am a completely different person, and yet still exactly the same. Maybe just a little more perspective? That's a good thing right!? our family is still living the dream up here in North Dakota. We thought we were maybe coming up here for a year, and five and a half years later..... here we are! our kids have truly grown up here. Lucy is eight. Yes, eight! She has gotten to tall and gangly. She is wild and free, full of light, and joyful. Clara is six. She is full of FIRE, spice, and quite a bit of sass. She is fiercely loyal, tender, and a snuggler. Lucy is finally here!!

Lucy Jane Crosland February 25, 2009 1:23am 6 lbs 12 oz 18 inches long We would like to welcome our sweet little girl Lucy to the world! It was an eventful entrance she made and we're glad she is finally here and perfect! My water finally broke Tuesday afternoon so we went into the hospital about four and they decided to start me on pitocin since other than my water breaking not too much was going on-- after being on pitocin for about a 1/2 hr I was ready for my epidural! ((again- Im not quite sure how people do this naturally- I only had 30 minutes of real contractions and was ready for all the needles in the world!) The epidural was wonderful- I highly recommend it!! Well-- at midnight I had pretty much stalled out at being dialated at a 4.5--so the doctor came in and said that basically if I hadn't dialated in the next little while much it was most likely that they were going to do a C-section-- so for the next hour me, Ty and my mom just prayed that I was dialating, and I ...
