Finally, a nice warm day!

So today was finally warm and sunny and glorious and i loved it!!! I only had to teach for like an hour and a half this morning, and my girls had their dance recital tonight, so i had the whole day to myself!! (sidenote... this never ever ever happens). It was so nice to just take my time doing the laundry, cleaning, and working out! I went on a nice long run down by Tyler's work. There are a bunch of running/biking paths down there by the river. Ok, lets be honest. It was more of like a run for the first half, then walk/run. But i'm totally ok with that. I just LOVE to be outside. I even got a little sunburnt. It was great... except for the fact that now I can't really walk. The moral of the story is this... I need to get into better shape and work out more than just once a week, I really do like working out I'm just not much of a morning person and thats when i usually have time. I love a good run, but now that i am terribly sore it probably wont happen again for a week or so. Today was wonderful though and as my mother, Carrie Brock, would say.... I have summer fever!! Can't wait for those pools to open! =)
