Alive and Well.

We made it home from Powell alive, well, and a little tanner, and ty is a littler hairier! =) We had an amazing time. Who doesn't love Lake Powell? Anyway, my computer is a bit slow lately so I am on Tylers and hadn't had a chance to get my pictures up! Hopefully I can soon! I am almost done with school for the summer and am thrilled. My cheerleaders had their first 'performance' tonight at the Orem Summerfest Parade and looked pretty good! I am getting excited for the rest of the year. Tyler says all I have been doing lately is 'hobbies'. He means cheerleading. He is cute and has been so helpful lately. He even did all of the grocery shopping for Lake Powell. We had cabbage instead of lettuce, but what can you do? I love him! Last time we were at church we spoke and tomorrow we are saying the prayers, I think they are taking advantage of me being the primary president and having my number so close at hand. I think its funny. Life is good. Can't complain. Loved spending the week in the sun with our amazing family and tonight at the Orem Carnival and Parade, I love summer and can't wait for more summer fun!!

    I hear it has been pretty cold in UT, but how was the weather in Powell?? warmer than your trip there last month? I love that tyler got cabbage instead of lettuce...that's hilarious!!

I still can't believe my little Clara-bear-a is old enough to be in Kindergarten! She has absolutely loved it. These two are pretty adorable walking to school every morning together! Another great soccer season! Tyler was roped into coaching Clara's team again and wins at the best dad and coach ever! He even took Rex with him to a bunch of games and coached while Rexy was strapped to him in the baby carrier! Dad of the year! (I was at piano lessons with Lucy!) Baby Rex kept getting bigger and bigger! Dad would put Rex in his only football outfit every Saturday to watch the Utes play! Haha. Teaching him young! Rex turned 10 months old in September! hello!

it's me! I'm back. I have missed writing, so here I am. writing. so very much has happened since I first began this blog back in 2008! ah! almost 10 years ago. Time has seriously flown. I feel like I am a completely different person, and yet still exactly the same. Maybe just a little more perspective? That's a good thing right!? our family is still living the dream up here in North Dakota. We thought we were maybe coming up here for a year, and five and a half years later..... here we are! our kids have truly grown up here. Lucy is eight. Yes, eight! She has gotten to tall and gangly. She is wild and free, full of light, and joyful. Clara is six. She is full of FIRE, spice, and quite a bit of sass. She is fiercely loyal, tender, and a snuggler. Lucy is finally here!!

Lucy Jane Crosland February 25, 2009 1:23am 6 lbs 12 oz 18 inches long We would like to welcome our sweet little girl Lucy to the world! It was an eventful entrance she made and we're glad she is finally here and perfect! My water finally broke Tuesday afternoon so we went into the hospital about four and they decided to start me on pitocin since other than my water breaking not too much was going on-- after being on pitocin for about a 1/2 hr I was ready for my epidural! ((again- Im not quite sure how people do this naturally- I only had 30 minutes of real contractions and was ready for all the needles in the world!) The epidural was wonderful- I highly recommend it!! Well-- at midnight I had pretty much stalled out at being dialated at a 4.5--so the doctor came in and said that basically if I hadn't dialated in the next little while much it was most likely that they were going to do a C-section-- so for the next hour me, Ty and my mom just prayed that I was dialating, and I ...
