Cody's tube ride. It went a lot better than the first. The first time him, Carrie, and Bonnie fell off. It was quite the adventure. He handled it like a champ!

Bonnie and Jeff bought Mario Cart for the Wii. Best game ever, but Cody would play right along. he was mesmerized by this game and would drive his car. He also loved 'Lonesome Dove'.... if you don't know what that is, it's this old western that the Crosland Fam. is obsessed with. We watched a different part of this 6 hour long movie every night and Cody would stay up with us watching the animals and cowboys. Not to mention, learning about whores and pokes! haha...
Can you tell he was the highlight of everyones trip? Haha

Everytime Cody got on the boat he would fall asleep. He fell asleep sitting on uncle tyler's lap! We can't wait to have more kids next year at Powell! =)
This trip was so much fun! We can't thank the Crosland's enough!! We love Lake Powell... not doing anything for 8 days was so fabulous! We got home and I was rushing to get everything done for school.... Phew... Finally! And now I'm done! Oh I am so relieved to have a summer now. I have been waiting for this all year! Yay!!

    soooo Car...I was just looking at your cute blog, reading and stuff (because I usually just take a quick glance at the pics when blog surfin) since I have an extra moment and work and I noticed a little something...(which seems like I'm not the first one). There is a statement about more kids next year then a smile...HMMMMMMMM....this makes me think....who will be adding to the children amount?...HMMMM...call me:)

I still can't believe my little Clara-bear-a is old enough to be in Kindergarten! She has absolutely loved it. These two are pretty adorable walking to school every morning together! Another great soccer season! Tyler was roped into coaching Clara's team again and wins at the best dad and coach ever! He even took Rex with him to a bunch of games and coached while Rexy was strapped to him in the baby carrier! Dad of the year! (I was at piano lessons with Lucy!) hello!

it's me! I'm back. I have missed writing, so here I am. writing. so very much has happened since I first began this blog back in 2008! ah! almost 10 years ago. Time has seriously flown. I feel like I am a completely different person, and yet still exactly the same. Maybe just a little more perspective? That's a good thing right!? our family is still living the dream up here in North Dakota. We thought we were maybe coming up here for a year, and five and a half years later..... here we are! our kids have truly grown up here. Lucy is eight. Yes, eight! She has gotten to tall and gangly. She is wild and free, full of light, and joyful. Clara is six. She is full of FIRE, spice, and quite a bit of sass. She is fiercely loyal, tender, and a snuggler. Lucy is finally here!!

Lucy Jane Crosland February 25, 2009 1:23am 6 lbs 12 oz 18 inches long We would like to welcome our sweet little girl Lucy to the world! It was an eventful entrance she made and we're glad she is finally here and perfect! My water finally broke Tuesday afternoon so we went into the hospital about four and they decided to start me on pitocin since other than my water breaking not too much was going on-- after being on pitocin for about a 1/2 hr I was ready for my epidural! ((again- Im not quite sure how people do this naturally- I only had 30 minutes of real contractions and was ready for all the needles in the world!) The epidural was wonderful- I highly recommend it!! Well-- at midnight I had pretty much stalled out at being dialated at a 4.5--so the doctor came in and said that basically if I hadn't dialated in the next little while much it was most likely that they were going to do a C-section-- so for the next hour me, Ty and my mom just prayed that I was dialating, and I ...
