Our lives as of late.

I know i just gave a mini update on miss lucy but i forgot a few things.... we call her 'the bean'. no idea why. She is still so chunky. All of her jeans are about 4 inches too long, but we can't get that top button up. truly unfortunate. Maybe now that she is crawling she will lose some of that chubba lub! She is quite the little dancer. She shakes her head like she is saying 'no' all the time. Still only 2 teeth!

Me. Let's see. I am truly enjoying the mommy thing. there is nothing like it! I love little Lucy more than anything. Some days I think I want to wait a while until the next one, but today I was looking at little Lucy's newborn pictures, and couldn't help but want another little one again! They are so fun. But Lucy is also such a good little girl.
Cheer is going So so well. I love the group of girls I have this year. They are all such good, independent girls. Even though I was pretty bummed about them not doing the regular competition, they have had a much better year so far, and I think they will do really well competiting their pom routine in the 'game time' category coming up in December. I never really realized how much of a planner I am- I am already wanted to plan when my next years squad is going to camp- why don't they have that out yet? seriously!
Other than that- I just hang out at home, clean, cook, play with lucy, and my mom either comes down here once a week, or i venture up to kaysville. She really is so so good with Lucy. Lucy LOVES her! She is SO lucky to have such good grandparents like mine and tyler's parents. Neither Tyler or I was ever really close to our grandparents, so it's great to have such great rolemodels in our children's lives!

Tyler is doing wonderful. Workin at APX still. Cute as pie. Homework is his life! He really does homework every single day all day it seems like! All this hard work will pay off though! =) He is so smart, and so ambitious. I am so thankful for him and everything he does for our family! I couldnt' ask for a better husband and father. i know i say that all the time- but he seriously is the best daddy to lucy. We love him!

life is so wonderful. we are SO blessed. =)

    for some reason i totally spaced that tyler worked for apx. my cousins are in customer service at apx maybe he knows them? aubrey and ashley davis. i have pictures of them on my blog too.

    i am glad that things are going well with cheer. :)

I still can't believe my little Clara-bear-a is old enough to be in Kindergarten! She has absolutely loved it. These two are pretty adorable walking to school every morning together! Another great soccer season! Tyler was roped into coaching Clara's team again and wins at the best dad and coach ever! He even took Rex with him to a bunch of games and coached while Rexy was strapped to him in the baby carrier! Dad of the year! (I was at piano lessons with Lucy!) hello!

it's me! I'm back. I have missed writing, so here I am. writing. so very much has happened since I first began this blog back in 2008! ah! almost 10 years ago. Time has seriously flown. I feel like I am a completely different person, and yet still exactly the same. Maybe just a little more perspective? That's a good thing right!? our family is still living the dream up here in North Dakota. We thought we were maybe coming up here for a year, and five and a half years later..... here we are! our kids have truly grown up here. Lucy is eight. Yes, eight! She has gotten to tall and gangly. She is wild and free, full of light, and joyful. Clara is six. She is full of FIRE, spice, and quite a bit of sass. She is fiercely loyal, tender, and a snuggler. Lucy is finally here!!

Lucy Jane Crosland February 25, 2009 1:23am 6 lbs 12 oz 18 inches long We would like to welcome our sweet little girl Lucy to the world! It was an eventful entrance she made and we're glad she is finally here and perfect! My water finally broke Tuesday afternoon so we went into the hospital about four and they decided to start me on pitocin since other than my water breaking not too much was going on-- after being on pitocin for about a 1/2 hr I was ready for my epidural! ((again- Im not quite sure how people do this naturally- I only had 30 minutes of real contractions and was ready for all the needles in the world!) The epidural was wonderful- I highly recommend it!! Well-- at midnight I had pretty much stalled out at being dialated at a 4.5--so the doctor came in and said that basically if I hadn't dialated in the next little while much it was most likely that they were going to do a C-section-- so for the next hour me, Ty and my mom just prayed that I was dialating, and I ...
