January 2015

January is over! Whaaattt!? Last year January dragged on for ages. Seriously. And this year it really flew by! We had our usual freezing weather, along with some super abnormal 40 degree days! It has been a fairly mild winter, and we'll take what we can get!
The biggest change in January was that I started teaching yoga at YogifyU. It's a brand new yoga studio here in downtown Minot, and it is SO nice. I have been wanting to teach for the last couple of years, but just really wasn't sure how to go about it. I talked to the owner about teaching for her, and after training with her for a couple of months I started teaching the day I flew in from Utah! I of course still wish I had more training, and really would love to get my 200hr RYT, but I'm so excited to be teaching! Right now I'm just teaching two classes on Tuesday nights. A Hot Hatha class, and a Hot Vinyasa class. It's been so fun! The girls have been doing lots of yoga with me at home, and my cute friends Celeste and Jaymie made it to my first class!
Tyler and I were able to do a session down in the Bismarck Temple the first weekend in January. We love our little baby temple, and are so grateful for our ward putting together babysitting once a month!
Cold weather. Ballet. Family swim days- where Clara can now swim across the entire pool because she learned to float on her back for a minute at a time! Haha. And she swims swims swims, then flips onto her back. I love her! Lots of playing at home.

Beautiful ND sunsets! and of course the freezing of everything in sight!
Daddy finally made it to lunch with us and little Lucy at school. And Lucy and two of her cute friends getting ready for Recess. Hailey, and Lucy H. All bundled up! Haha! They go out until the wind chill reaches -10. Yup!
Lucy had her first Ballet auditions, and Jaymie was bribing baby Emma to love her. Haha!
Clara started pre-school at Minot State University on January 22nd! She was so excited and chose out her outfit all by herself! Unicorn shirt and earrings, and her Clara pants. I love her so!
 More lunch dates.
and lots of yoga. I subed a LOT of classes while the owner was out of town! Teaching 3 hot yoga classes in a day really wipes you out! Haha!
I wonder where Clara gets it? Haha! And a peek into my busiest class yet. 36 people! And yes. 40 degrees in Minot in January. SO so awesome.
Lunch dates with my favorite side kick!
Jenny and I finally ran together again! So fun. Clara and Georgia are the best of friends. And i ran again... i much colder weather than I anticipated. I seriously had to defrost my entire body!
My sweetest ballerina. It's freezing again. and Clara loves eating lunch with Lucy more than anything!
I help in Lucy's class every Friday and Clara gets to be my special helper, and then we get to eat lunch with little Lucy! Clara even went to recess with Lucy last week for the whole recess!
Lots of fun date nights and play dates with friends! Dessert one night with Mark & Jaymie, Fuddruckers with the Jacobs fam, Make up lessons with Tera, and Celeste, The Starving Rooser Friday night with the McRaes, Gepharts, and Noels. And Swimming and Pizza last night here. We love all of our good friends here!
I can't get over how cute these girls are doing yoga. They're my fav!
I can't believe January is already over! Hallelujah! Looking forward to Lucy's 6th Birthday, a California/Disneyland trip for me with Jaymie (YAY!!!), and hopefully planning something fun for Spring Break!
