It's May, and a Baby on the way!

 Well, we finally jumped on the band wagon and baby #3 is due November 30th! Yay! We definitely waited until we were more than ready-- only 4 1/2 years! Haha! But we are so so so excited to have another baby coming! This pregnancy has definitely been a little more difficult than the last two, but I am now 14 weeks and feeling pretty great. I was just more sick/much more nauseaus this time around, and I also had a lot of spotting, which was kind of alarming! I ended up passing a pretty big blood clot around 9 weeks (in the middle of the lice episode, while I was coaching gymnastics, and the day before Clara's birthday... ahhh!) but after getting an ultrasound at the hospital everything looked good! After going in for my regular appointment, there's just a small spot where my placenta wasn't all the way attached to my uterus- basically making a small blood pocket, and in order for it to close the blood has to go out somehwhere! So I probably bled up until 12 weeks, and it seems to be done now! It really was fine, just stressed me out every single time! I was pretty sure I was miscarrying about 3 different times, so I'm just glad everything seems to be ok now! I definitely don't hide being pregnant well! Ha ha! Here I am at 5 weeks, 8 weeks, and 10 weeks.

 I waited until about 12 weeks to announce just becuase I was more nervous this time, but we finally got the word out! The girls are SO excited, even if they didn't believe me at first! Haha! But now that we have pictures to show, and my belly is growing at an alarming rate, they are both thrilled! 
So yay! I should be induced a week early, right before Thanksgiving! My Doctor is from our ward, and is one of my good friend's husband. It's been so nice! I'm so glad I'm feeling better too. I was pretty sick a few different times, but I seem to be on the up swing now! Just was exhausted and super nauseous at times! Ugh!  Still pretty tired, but I have a lot more energy as long as I eat! I feel like I can't complain too much! We're just happy we have a baby coming! I've still been teaching Yoga, just not the hot classes. 

Also in other exciting news, we have another Crosland cousin! Jessi had her sweet Oakley May 12th! We leave for Utah next week, and I'm dying to meet her! She's the sweetest!!
 I was able to go to Baltimore to visit Cheryl in May, and Tyler once again is the dad of the year! These girls are always spoiled rotten when I'm gone! They sure love their dad!
 I made it home to some pretty fabulous weather! And this crazy monkey bar girl! She is VERY determined in everything  she does!
 Lucy had her Kindergarten music performance and did such a good job! Her favorite song was the jelly bean song, and she memorized her speaking parts great!

 I also got to go on Lucy's Kindergarten field trip! Clara was SO excited to come, and the most exciting part was riding the bus!

I still can't believe my little Clara-bear-a is old enough to be in Kindergarten! She has absolutely loved it. These two are pretty adorable walking to school every morning together! Another great soccer season! Tyler was roped into coaching Clara's team again and wins at the best dad and coach ever! He even took Rex with him to a bunch of games and coached while Rexy was strapped to him in the baby carrier! Dad of the year! (I was at piano lessons with Lucy!) hello!

it's me! I'm back. I have missed writing, so here I am. writing. so very much has happened since I first began this blog back in 2008! ah! almost 10 years ago. Time has seriously flown. I feel like I am a completely different person, and yet still exactly the same. Maybe just a little more perspective? That's a good thing right!? our family is still living the dream up here in North Dakota. We thought we were maybe coming up here for a year, and five and a half years later..... here we are! our kids have truly grown up here. Lucy is eight. Yes, eight! She has gotten to tall and gangly. She is wild and free, full of light, and joyful. Clara is six. She is full of FIRE, spice, and quite a bit of sass. She is fiercely loyal, tender, and a snuggler. Lucy is finally here!!

Lucy Jane Crosland February 25, 2009 1:23am 6 lbs 12 oz 18 inches long We would like to welcome our sweet little girl Lucy to the world! It was an eventful entrance she made and we're glad she is finally here and perfect! My water finally broke Tuesday afternoon so we went into the hospital about four and they decided to start me on pitocin since other than my water breaking not too much was going on-- after being on pitocin for about a 1/2 hr I was ready for my epidural! ((again- Im not quite sure how people do this naturally- I only had 30 minutes of real contractions and was ready for all the needles in the world!) The epidural was wonderful- I highly recommend it!! Well-- at midnight I had pretty much stalled out at being dialated at a 4.5--so the doctor came in and said that basically if I hadn't dialated in the next little while much it was most likely that they were going to do a C-section-- so for the next hour me, Ty and my mom just prayed that I was dialating, and I ...
