 it feels so good to be home! last weekend we attended a fabulous little Halloween party by our good friends Alex & Anna! I found Tyler this awesome Obi-Won Kanobi costume in the kids section at Target, so with that in mind, I became Darth Mahl's wife.... I'm 99% I spelled that all wrong. Don't be a hater. My costumes always suck! We had yummy yummy food, and had some awesome fear-factor games! Including finding gum in this disgusting ice cold oatmeal and hot dogs and blowing a bubble, sticking your hand into a mystery spider box-- apparently I'm much more afraid of spiders than I thought! Haha. and a whip cream/gummy worm spit swap... you get the idea! So the night of the marathon we made it back to Kaysville and sent my dad and Shawn off to Priesthood, then Coleen came over and made us her homemade Butternut squash Ravioli! Ohhh my gosh. It is seriously amazing. We also made yummy Caramel-apple streusel cheesecake, sugar cookies, and banana cookies... among other things.  Sunday we had a lazy morning watching conference, then Candace, Lucy and I headed down to Midway to pick up Cheryl and Kyle from his parents place down there! They were able to fly in for the weekend to see his new niece! Clara is usually pretty timid around new people, but she absolutely loved Kyle!   It was also the other Kyle's birthday! Wow. October 6th came SO fast! try to get over how good i look, ok? My sweetest sister in law Amy totally saved the day and took my girls for me over night and all day friday and saturday, so I didn't have to bring them to St. George! Ahh... I am forever in debted to her! Love you Amy!! I headed down with just my Mom and Dad Friday afternoon. So weird to go on a trip just me, mom, and dad... when has that ever happened? haha. Never! But it was so nice and so much less stressful from last year! We stopped by the convention center to grab our numbers, and met up with my dads friend Bill before heading to the usual China Palace dinner! At dinner we finally noticed my mom had her shirt on backwards.... that whole entire day. Awesome.  We woke up bright and early at 4, and can I just tell you it was so much less rushed than last year, where I was trying to hurry and nurse Clara and then pump before we had to leave... Haha. We met up with my dad's friends at 4:45 ...
