Halloween 2015

Happy Halloween! It was such a fun, crazy week! I love love Holidays, but I was SO tired, and have never been so excited for a Holiday to be over! I was in charge of Lucy's class party, helped with Clara's, plus we had our ward Chili cook-off/Trunk or Treat, and our annual get together at the Jacob's Halloween night! The girls wore a different costume to everything, and had a blast!  For our ward party Clara went as Little Red Riding Hood, and Lucy went as coronation Elsa. It of course was the coldest night of the year, so trick or treating went fast!  Clara went as a beautiful Cinderella for her pre-school party! It was so fun to see her with all of her cute friends! There's only 7 kids in her class this year, and she absolutely loves it!  Friday morning we met up with my friend Melissa and her kids to trick or treat downtown! They got a bunch of candy, and we even had time to grab lunch together before heading to Lucy's class party!  Luc...

Taylor Swift & a Baby Shower!

Jess (the girls cutest pre-school teacher), Jaymie, Tera, Betsy, Jenny, me, Celeste, Hannah, and Heather So my friends are seriously the cutest, and threw me a surprise baby shower! Jenny & Jaymie were the masterminds behind it, and I still have no idea how they pulled it off! Our cute friend Celeste was flying in to Minot for our girls weekend to go see T-Swift! She just moved back to Idaho, and we were all so excited to finally go see Taylor since we bought out tickets last December... Haha! I picked her up at the airport and she just kept saying we should go hang out at Jaymie's before our girl's night that night! Her 30th birthday was the day before, so we were planning on going out that night and leaving for Fargo the next day! Tyler was gone driving the boat back... again... haha... So I was up for whatever! We showed up to Jaymie's house and walked in and all of my friends jumped out yelling, "Surprise!" I was so confused! I thought it was like a...

October 2015

Ohhh October! You always go too quickly! As much as I missed my annual Utah/St. George marathon trip this year, it has been so nice to be home and actually enjoy this gorgeous month! I love all of the fall colors, cooler weather, etc... And the idea of running a marathon right now sounds absolutely like torture... so you know!  We started off the month with the Norsk Host Fest! The girls performed again this year with their 'traditional Scandinavian dances', and had so much fun! It's basically a giant old people festival, with some good food and good performances! Haha. They have a bunch of fun shops, etc... and it's become a tradition! We've usually only been able to perform one day, due to the marathon, but this year the girls did 3 different performances. Wednesday afternoon, and Friday morning and afternoon. So fun, yet definitely enough time there! Love these cute little braided beauties!  We saw Anna and Elsa... and Olaf and Kristoff a few times.
