farm, prom, graduation, .....
we have had a great week...
I have officially decided that I want to move somewhere that it is like 70 degrees year around.
suggestions anyone?
so in reverse order of the week...
Saturday we went to the farm.... Uncle Luke made it so the power wheel/tractor can now just go by itself due to a nail holding down the pedal.
Please notice how cute our niece Blake looks riding it...
sitting up tall, holding on to the steering wheel, smiling, etc...
now look at Lucy.
Hahaha. She rode it like this the whole time. It was so funny... she wouldn't sit up or really make any facial expression at all. She is such a nerd.
Lucy got to ride around with Papa, and our good friend Porter tagged along.
She realized she was most at home sitting in a corner eating dandelions.
she really likes corners... really hates being dirty. Did not like the dirt.
Lucy and Blakey got to ride together
and then Lucy got to go all by herself.
She loved it at the farm. I'm sure we will be spending lots of time there this summer!
and we can't wait until the day that Bonnie and Jeff build their house out there! =)
Then... the whole point of the trip...
Jessi went to PROM!
She is seriously gorgeous...
my little brother Kyle went too... but for some reason it's just way more fun to watch the girls leave, then the guys... Sorry little buddy.
Saturday night we stopped by our friends' Ty and Mallory's to say farewell to our friends Mitch and Jenni who are moving! Good to see all of our friends- unfortunately our crazy daughter was seriously running all over their house. We had to leave a little early because she just wanted to stand right in front of the tv the ENTIRE time we were there. She has a little too much energy sometimes...
Friday Cheryl Graduated! Woot woot.
Lucy and I missed the graduation, but joined everyone for breakfast afterward.
Go Cheryl. She graduated in Elementary Education and German.
"You go Glen CoCo, you Go"
Wednesday was our last day playing with Taylee- the little girl we have been babysitting for the last couple months.
I think Lucy likes her, more than she likes Lucy.
I can never get Lucy to pose for pictures anymore, but i love my little summer baby!
Lucy getting ready for bed the other night....
She LOVES her binky and Blanky...
just cuddling with them on the floor....
Ok Mom, i'm ready to go now!
She is seriously the joy of our lives.
She is so funny, and getting so much smarter and growing everyday!
We love miss lucy!
Ha! The contrast of Blake and Lucy on the tractor totally cracked me up. What a funny girl.
