spring fever!

can i just say... i am SO ready for spring!
after spending last week in st george in the fabulous weather, i am ready for 70's and trips to the park all the way!
we had a great week... i have like one more week of down time, before life gets all crazy and busy again, so I have been trying to clean and get organized, but mainly i've just been hanging out with little jane.
here she is showing her latest trick- pushups on daddy's push up/pull up bar. it's so funny how much she picks up on... she bends down and pretty much bobs her head up and down saying, "one, two, one, two,  one two" over and over!


this week was my mom's birthday so we headed up to kaysville after gymnastics on wednesday to take her to lunch and spent the afternoon hanging out at target having grandma buy an outfit for all the grandkids- haha- sorry mom, ill take you shopping sometime when i have money! =)

friday we decided to head up to kaysville to watch the byu game basically.
i ran down to gateway with my mom, candace and little lu then met up with tyler, porter, erika and quin for dinner at paradise and we watched the game at my parents house.
saturday lucy got to go out to the farm to play on papa's new swing set out there and ride the 'nays'! she is seriously in heaven out there, and i'm sure we will be spending much more time there this spring and summer!

time is seriously flying by, i really can't believe this baby will be here in a month and a half! Ah!
i feel like our lives are so just up in the air right now, so i have no idea where we will be this summer or what on earth will be going on 6 months from now!
i just know we will have 2 cute little girls! =)

i really have been feeling pretty great as far as pregnancy goes- i'm definitely getting to the uncomfortable/tired stage again though. i'm just hoping i don't die walking all over disneyland next weekend with my cheerleaders! they claim they are going to push me in a wheelchair- so hopefully i don't go into early labor! I'm really excited for the trip- but not excited to be responsible for 20 girls. 
when i was in high school almost every single girls mom came with us- so i felt like our mom's were in charge of us, not our coaches- well no moms are flying with us, and only 2 are coming to my knowledge, so Brooke and I really are in charge.
I honestly just hope they have a good experience with nationals and want to go again next year- I feel like this is the first year we have had a the real competition experience, so I hope it was a good one! =)

maybe we'll have something more exciting to blog about this week!

    If anyone can walk around Disney World being that pregnant it is you... Seriously though I'd take the wheelchair! And Lucy is adorable of course, can't wait to meet the next one!

I still can't believe my little Clara-bear-a is old enough to be in Kindergarten! She has absolutely loved it. These two are pretty adorable walking to school every morning together! Another great soccer season! Tyler was roped into coaching Clara's team again and wins at the best dad and coach ever! hello!

it's me! I'm back. I have missed writing, so here I am. writing. so very much has happened since I first began this blog back in 2008! ah! almost 10 years ago. Time has seriously flown. I feel like I am a completely different person, and yet still exactly the same. Maybe just a little more perspective? That's a good thing right!? our family is still living the dream up here in North Dakota. We thought we were maybe coming up here for a year, and five and a half years later..... here we are! our kids have truly grown up here. Lucy is eight. Yes, eight! She has gotten to tall and gangly. She is wild and free, full of light, and joyful. Clara is six. She is full of FIRE, spice, and quite a bit of sass. She is fiercely loyal, tender, and a snuggler. Lucy is finally here!!

Lucy Jane Crosland February 25, 2009 1:23am 6 lbs 12 oz 18 inches long We would like to welcome our sweet little girl Lucy to the world! It was an eventful entrance she made and we're glad she is finally here and perfect! My water finally broke Tuesday afternoon so we went into the hospital about four and they decided to start me on pitocin since other than my water breaking not too much was going on-- after being on pitocin for about a 1/2 hr I was ready for my epidural! ((again- Im not quite sure how people do this naturally- I only had 30 minutes of real contractions and was ready for all the needles in the world!) The epidural was wonderful- I highly recommend it!! Well-- at midnight I had pretty much stalled out at being dialated at a 4.5--so the doctor came in and said that basically if I hadn't dialated in the next little while much it was most likely that they were going to do a C-section-- so for the next hour me, Ty and my mom just prayed that I was dialating, and I ...
