lil' cuties

clara mae is now 5 months old.
she smiles ALL the time, and LOVES her bumbo.
not such a fan of her jumper yet....
not loving her oatmeal so much either, my pediatrican now recommends starting with the meats instead of the veggies to get more protein.. Yuck!
She's not acting very interested in her oatmeal at all, so I think I'm going to give it a couple more weeks before I start giving her fruits and veggies-- and maybe meat. but probably not, because that's just gross.

she is now rolling from her back to her tummy and loves just looking at someone.
mainly lucy- lucy likes to sing to clara, play with clara, etc...
lucy gets rather mad if clara isn't sitting in her bumbo in 'lucy's room' (really both of their room) so that she can play with clara-- even if clara is crying to eat, lucy insists she stay there so they can play together and so that she can feed clara 'dinner'.
they will seriously keep each other entertained for hours at a time playing together-- and clara can't even move or talk! it's awesome! yay for sisters!

 lucy jane.
oh my heck i love this girl SOOO much.
mainly cuz she's so dang cute.
and such a cute sister.
and really only likes to eat fruit, mac and cheese, and grilled cheese.
and insists on going to bed and everywhere with her dishes.
and only will wear her 'cheer shirt' to bed. (an old mini cheer clinic t-shirt from orem high... awesome!)
she also likes to look at herself in the mirror
and sing songs to me and clara all day.
and asks me to 'snuggle' with her when she doesn't want to go to bed.
and says '1 more minute', or '5 more minutes' ALL the time!
and when she can't decide on which 'boovie' to watch in the morning, she just says "uhm.... Uhm.... Uhmm..." a  million times.

cheers to being a mom!

'dinner time' in the walk-in closet

how lucy fell asleep the other night... cuddling with her 'baby' (i keep asking her what she wants to name her, but she just says 'baby'), legs crossed, and a million toys in her bed.
i spy: her favorite purple blanky, her cheer shirt, bullseye (prize from co-co, she says that every time she plays with it...), her other baby, the million baby blankies, her 'cake', etc... etc...
