Thursday Tyler and I took Miss Jane to the Fabulous Lindon Aquatic Center... It's seriously the best... The have an awesome kiddie area, a lazy river, sweet slides, lap pool, hot tub, flow rider... etc... I can't say enough. I love it! and how cute is my bug in a rug? Friday we headed up to Midway for my cheerleaders retreat... we just joined them for dinner! Don't ask me how I talked Tyler into coming with me and 20 other girls... Haha. My cheerios this year- missing a few, but you get the idea! Saturday we went to Cheryl's neighborhood shower, then had her Friends Shower down at my mom's... it was fun to see all these girls that I seriously hadn't seen it ages! me and the bride! Saturday night we played at the park then had smores with P and Erika, and Heidi-- Quin was gone! Sunday we headed up north and Lucy had her first experience with an Oreo at grandma brock's, and she has totally been on this kick lately with this super cheesy smile... oh de...

summer so far has been bliss. as i told tyler today... i really love my job... but sometimes i forget how nice it would be to NOT have a job. I kind of like tyler getting home at one everyday and playing all day every day... memorial day we headed up north. as usual. my mama had a bbq, we wondered the neighborhood, ate good ribs, and my mom even got lucy her very own chair! Lucy thinks it's pretty cool obviously... Later we headed up to the Crosland's to hang out with the whole fam- literally it pretty much is every time we are there because amy and luke are living there right now while they are waiting to move into their house... i'm sure they don't 'like it, but we like having them there! Lucy loves to follow around blake, and try to steal her toys... and hold hands... This is how i frequently find Lucy....  she did the 'Stand up Tall', and even 'Bend down Small'.... the problem is she can't quite 'Roll like a ball'. She just sits ...

if you just sang that chicago song, you are not alone. how cute is my little lucy jane? darling. i know. saturday we hung out at our local park with daddy. i have a bajillion pictures from there... but that's ok. we have fun! LOVE this picture. i believe she is watching someone play with a ball... very fascinating. Today... Sunday... Memorial Day... my parents and little can came down and we headed to spanish fork to the cemetery. my grandma, and great grandparents are all buried there, and it is such a pretty place. afterwards we got glades... only the best drive in EVER, and played at the park. classic. me trying to get tyler to smile for a picture. story of our lives! don't look too closely... cheryl forgot to wear pants. seriously. while there lucy learned how to drink out of a straw! i don't think she has ever given it that much effort to be honest, but today was the day. thanks kyle for letting us steal your lemonade. lucy loved it! while i was laying...

Happy 3 years baby! I seriously cannot believe it has been that long... Time sure flies when you are having fun! =) I can't believe where they road has taken us... I sure love my little family!

we're back from vegas.... much too short.. but much fun indeed! 3 years of marriage are celebrated this sunday... and we celebrated with a midweek trip to vegas... yes... we are that cheap. =) We stayed at the golden nugget... which was way way nicer than expected, and enjoyed relaxing by the hot tub each night, laying out at the pool, shopping... you know me, can't go anywhere without shopping... i know i know..., eating good food, and enjoying the sights of vegas... eating at the cheesecake factory for dinner... apparently it's become somewhat of a tradition to eat there, as we did last year as well, and well we've only been married 3 years... so, and really, i just love their cheesecake. the volcano at the mirage... just waiting for the lingerie show to start at t.i. it seriously is one now... don't take your kids. even though there were a TON of kids watching it.. a little weird... i think lucy would actually like vegas with all the lights and people, bu...

Saturday night we hung out at Quin and Heidi's and made the walk down to 'Fro-Yo'.  Yummm... Lucy didn't have a coat... so we improvised. Quin, and Heidi.... and their cute dog! P and Erika Saturday was also my good friend Haley's Bridal Shower... yes the I did blur out the front of the book she's holding... haha. I didn't realize the only picture i took of her, was of her and the sex book... Huh. Love you Hay!
