100% for 100 days

Today is September 17th- which means 100 days until Christmas! Wahoo!

About 5 years ago or so... in our BYU Student Married ward we did a 100% for 100 days, which I can honestly say, I did not complete. So I'm giving it another go! It is basically a way to get on top of scripture reading, prayers, Visiting teaching, etc... All of those 'seminary answers'. But don't they always seem to make the most sense? My main focus will be scripture reading, I'm going to read 5.3 pages a day to finish the B.O.M. by Christmas Day. The idea is that this is your 'gift' to the savior for Christmas. Anyone want to join!? Send me an e-mail if you are interested and I'll shoot you over the handy-dandy charts I made to keep my butt in line. My goals go a little something like this:

Daily:
Personal Prayer and Scripture Study
Family Prayer and Scripture Study
Love your Fam.
Read to the Girls

Weekly:
Family Home Evening
Attend Church
Magnify Calling
Date with Tyler
Write in Journal

Monthly:
Attend Temple
Pay Tithing
Visit Teaching
One-on-one dates with the Girls

I still can't believe my little Clara-bear-a is old enough to be in Kindergarten! She has absolutely loved it. These two are pretty adorable walking to school every morning together! Another great soccer season! Tyler was roped into coaching Clara's team again and wins at the best dad and coach ever! hello!

it's me! I'm back. I have missed writing, so here I am. writing. so very much has happened since I first began this blog back in 2008! ah! almost 10 years ago. Time has seriously flown. I feel like I am a completely different person, and yet still exactly the same. Maybe just a little more perspective? That's a good thing right!? our family is still living the dream up here in North Dakota. We thought we were maybe coming up here for a year, and five and a half years later..... here we are! our kids have truly grown up here. Lucy is eight. Yes, eight! She has gotten to tall and gangly. She is wild and free, full of light, and joyful. Clara is six. She is full of FIRE, spice, and quite a bit of sass. She is fiercely loyal, tender, and a snuggler. Lucy is finally here!!

Lucy Jane Crosland February 25, 2009 1:23am 6 lbs 12 oz 18 inches long We would like to welcome our sweet little girl Lucy to the world! It was an eventful entrance she made and we're glad she is finally here and perfect! My water finally broke Tuesday afternoon so we went into the hospital about four and they decided to start me on pitocin since other than my water breaking not too much was going on-- after being on pitocin for about a 1/2 hr I was ready for my epidural! ((again- Im not quite sure how people do this naturally- I only had 30 minutes of real contractions and was ready for all the needles in the world!) The epidural was wonderful- I highly recommend it!! Well-- at midnight I had pretty much stalled out at being dialated at a 4.5--so the doctor came in and said that basically if I hadn't dialated in the next little while much it was most likely that they were going to do a C-section-- so for the next hour me, Ty and my mom just prayed that I was dialating, and I ...
