Banana Cookies & Sugar Cookies

I have had a few different people ask me for these recipes, so I decided it would be easier just to post them on here!
These are my mom's Sugar Cookies:
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 tsp baking powder
4 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
Cream butter & sugar. Add Sour Cream. Add eggs. Sift dry ingredients. Refrigerate dough after mixing-- I usually make the dough the night before and keep in the fridge over night, and roll out the dough the next morning.

350 degrees. 14-17 minutes. lightly pam pans, or use parchment paper.

Cream cheese frosting:

1/2 cup softened butter
8 oz. Cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 Tb Vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar

mix all together

**Tyler wanted me to add that these are better the day after you cook and frost them... They are still good the first day, but delicious the second!
