As of late...

I am so super behind on blogging, but here is a little of what we've been up to the last few weeks since we have been home from Hawaii!

and yes this might be another longest post EVER... what else is new?

Lucy had her school pictures, and basically killed me with how cute she looked. I mean, check out that high-V? Oh bless her. I love that girl so much!
Also- We took the girls to get ice cream one night at good ol' Mickey D's and Clara was seriously heartbroken that she was too small to climb up to the top- so like any good mother, I took of her little sockies and sent her climbing up the slide! Haha... I know, disgusting. But oh my gosh... I don't think I've ever seen Clara so happy about anything as she was reaching the top of that play place to play with Lucy! It was awesome.
Lucy is becoming quite the Ballerina, and her current choice of music is her 'I am a Child of God'  CD that Grandma Bonnie got her! Awesome.
Also we lost two of our favorite women here in Minot... both my cute friends Anna and Kim moved just last week. I'm depressed- seriously- Anna was my only neighbor and one of my besties up here! She is in Denver so I'm planning on visiting her ASAP! Jenny had a little going away party for them, and it was so good to see everyone! I'm mad we forgot to get a picture earlier, a lot of the women had already left!

Girls- Jesika, Tera, Me, Jenny, Anna, Celeste, Kim, Jessie, Angie, Rachel, Heidi, and Cody
Clara got her Birthday present in the mail from Grandma Bonnie, and OH MY GOSH- it was like Christmas at our house all over again! She got not one, not two, but THREE new Minnie Mouses and a new Minnie Mouse book!

Tyler ended up driving to Utah to buy a truck, and who knows what else... ;-), but we kept ourselves busy all weekend--
We had Clara's party Friday night, Saturday I had the two cutest lunch dates!
We then headed over to the grand opening of Minot's ZOO! Hallelujah! It has been closed the last 2 years because of the flood, and we are so glad it's open again! It's still missing a lot of it's animals, but they will be filling them in over the summer! We of course got Zoo passes, and Lucy and Clara were just thrilled to see the ducks- they are not hard to please! I'm sure we'll be spending a lot of time there!
Clara decided the other night to climb back into the tub after I had just gotten her out, dried, and lathered up to get ready for bed! But how cute is that face?
So Jaymie and I decided to order our Boutniful Baskets from Bottineau, which is like an hour and a half away, but we really wanted our good bread-- so we're thinking like a fun girls Saturday afternoon- ditchin the kids, quiet drive... Anyway. They changed the date to Sunday, which was her daughter's birthday... Tyler was still gone, so we made a little Sunday evening adventure of it! I took the girls up to Lake Metigoshe to do some exploring! It was gorgeous up there, but alas, the lake was still frozen and no leaves on the trees, so we are SO excited to go back up this summer!
These girls had the time of their life going on a 'hike'!
We got home at like 10:30- and then had dinner. I'll accept a mother of the year award anytime you want to give one!
Monday brought beautiful weather and our first official stroller trip to the park!
Lucy got to have a Zoo field trip with her class only 3 days after we had been there- ah, but that's the beauty of a 2 and 4 year old- they were thrilled just the same!
This is the week of the ballet recital so we had rehearsal... yep... every. single. day. Ah! Lucy loved it though, and graced us with her amazing Robot dance on the car ride home!
The girls also have taken to getting really into my running shoes.. Lucy told me, "I'm just going running Mom!"
This picture is the greatest ever! Lucy keeps telling me, "Mom, I'm going to have a baby in my belly, but first I gotta marry Oliver in the temple."
Ollie is Jaymie's little boy- and I love him to death. So does Lucy, obviously!
 How cute are these girls....?
And one more of this cutie... I love seeing this face every morning!
more to come....
