I heart Carrie...Porter and Erika... and more!

Well this past week was full of fun and eventful things!

Highlight #1: Porter and Erika finally got hitched- yay! They started dating when me and Tyler did, so we are glad they finally did it! They had their dinner last night, and everything else today. We were able to attend their sealing- and their sealer was so cute and funny. I'll be honest- I've been to some weddings where the sealer just kept on talking for like ages- this guy gave great advice, was funny, and fairly quick. Perfect! Highlight #2: Carrie Underwood concert on Wednesday!! I was lucky enough that my dad and little brother bailed out, so me and Cher got to go with my mom and little Candace!! It was so much fun, and Carrie is so stinkin cute! Here are some pics:

Cheryl and Candace-- cheryl couldn't open her eyes for any picture and Candace was kinda awnery- can you tell? She is in 7th grade- need I say more?

Highlight #3: We went to lunch today at CPK with all of our good friends after the sealing- and then- yes- we saw TWILIGHT!!
You will all have to tell me what you think- overall- it was a little cheesy of course- and a little off of the book, but I liked it!
We had a great weekend and I can't wait for the weeks to come! At our relief society super saturday (haha...) tomorrow we are learning to make all sorts of fun stuff- I wish we had these more- but most of all I love the name.
Also- Thanksgiving is next week! I can't believe its almost December- I love the holidays!

    Car! Thank you for the early happy birthday...and you were spot on...Nov 24t is it :) Good job! You are looking soooo cute. We seriously need to get together soon. How about we plan something over the holiday break??? And my motivation is quickly dwindling with school haha...I'm so, so, so sick of it! Love ya sista!

I still can't believe my little Clara-bear-a is old enough to be in Kindergarten! She has absolutely loved it. These two are pretty adorable walking to school every morning together! Another great soccer season! Tyler was roped into coaching Clara's team again and wins at the best dad and coach ever! He even took Rex with him to a bunch of games and coached while Rexy was strapped to him in the baby carrier! Dad of the year! (I was at piano lessons with Lucy!) hello!

it's me! I'm back. I have missed writing, so here I am. writing. so very much has happened since I first began this blog back in 2008! ah! almost 10 years ago. Time has seriously flown. I feel like I am a completely different person, and yet still exactly the same. Maybe just a little more perspective? That's a good thing right!? our family is still living the dream up here in North Dakota. We thought we were maybe coming up here for a year, and five and a half years later..... here we are! our kids have truly grown up here. Lucy is eight. Yes, eight! She has gotten to tall and gangly. She is wild and free, full of light, and joyful. Clara is six. She is full of FIRE, spice, and quite a bit of sass. She is fiercely loyal, tender, and a snuggler. Lucy is finally here!!

Lucy Jane Crosland February 25, 2009 1:23am 6 lbs 12 oz 18 inches long We would like to welcome our sweet little girl Lucy to the world! It was an eventful entrance she made and we're glad she is finally here and perfect! My water finally broke Tuesday afternoon so we went into the hospital about four and they decided to start me on pitocin since other than my water breaking not too much was going on-- after being on pitocin for about a 1/2 hr I was ready for my epidural! ((again- Im not quite sure how people do this naturally- I only had 30 minutes of real contractions and was ready for all the needles in the world!) The epidural was wonderful- I highly recommend it!! Well-- at midnight I had pretty much stalled out at being dialated at a 4.5--so the doctor came in and said that basically if I hadn't dialated in the next little while much it was most likely that they were going to do a C-section-- so for the next hour me, Ty and my mom just prayed that I was dialating, and I ...
