24.

It's true-- I'm officially 24 years of age. Gettin' up there.... I had a pretty low-key birthday this year, and it was awesome. Thursday night I headed to dinner at the 5-star Applebee's with a bunch of my girl friends. We had so much fun and stayed there for like 4 hours... seriously. I love these girls, and i love me a good cherry lime-ade!

 We had a pretty normal day of going to the Y, we met Tyler for lunch, and that night headed to the mall to get some things at Target and have dinner at Grizzly's! 

love this cute girl... she starts pre-school Tuesday! Ah! So excited!!

I had a pretty dang good 23rd year, and looking forward to year 24! 
Looking forward to my mom coming here next week! YAY! and going to Pheonix with my cute hubby while she watches the girls--- Soooo excited. 
ONE month until the marathon... coming so fast!

Life is good. Feeling SO blessed lately. Had a wonderful Labor Day weekend so far! We had a fun BBQ tonight with good friend's the Winn's. Wish I would have taken pics! Lame-o! We love having daddy home too! I sure love him.

I still can't believe my little Clara-bear-a is old enough to be in Kindergarten! She has absolutely loved it. These two are pretty adorable walking to school every morning together! Another great soccer season! Tyler was roped into coaching Clara's team again and wins at the best dad and coach ever! He even took Rex with him to a bunch of games and coached while Rexy was strapped to him in the baby carrier! Dad of the year! (I was at piano lessons with Lucy!) hello!

it's me! I'm back. I have missed writing, so here I am. writing. so very much has happened since I first began this blog back in 2008! ah! almost 10 years ago. Time has seriously flown. I feel like I am a completely different person, and yet still exactly the same. Maybe just a little more perspective? That's a good thing right!? our family is still living the dream up here in North Dakota. We thought we were maybe coming up here for a year, and five and a half years later..... here we are! our kids have truly grown up here. Lucy is eight. Yes, eight! She has gotten to tall and gangly. She is wild and free, full of light, and joyful. Clara is six. She is full of FIRE, spice, and quite a bit of sass. She is fiercely loyal, tender, and a snuggler. Lucy is finally here!!

Lucy Jane Crosland February 25, 2009 1:23am 6 lbs 12 oz 18 inches long We would like to welcome our sweet little girl Lucy to the world! It was an eventful entrance she made and we're glad she is finally here and perfect! My water finally broke Tuesday afternoon so we went into the hospital about four and they decided to start me on pitocin since other than my water breaking not too much was going on-- after being on pitocin for about a 1/2 hr I was ready for my epidural! ((again- Im not quite sure how people do this naturally- I only had 30 minutes of real contractions and was ready for all the needles in the world!) The epidural was wonderful- I highly recommend it!! Well-- at midnight I had pretty much stalled out at being dialated at a 4.5--so the doctor came in and said that basically if I hadn't dialated in the next little while much it was most likely that they were going to do a C-section-- so for the next hour me, Ty and my mom just prayed that I was dialating, and I ...
