A quick home tour for our memories!
We love, loved this apartment! The apartment we were in before was bigger in size- 3 bedrooms, but it was the 3rd floor and no elevator! Plus we had to walk outside to get to our garage. Here we had a nice brand new 2 bedroom apartment with an elevator, a gorgoeus view and kitchen, an indoor/outdoor pool, community room and gym, as well as underground heated parking! It was SO worth it to go smaller in size in order to have all of our super nice amenities. They will definitely be missed! Sniff, sniff! We used that pool ALL the time! It kind of felt like we were living in a hotel! Haha. But we loved that we could run the girls downstairs and swim for a half hour anytime we wanted. That's probably why Clara learned how to swim so quickly too! Now that we're in our new place we're mainly just missing that indoor pool, and our big kitchen and bathrooms! But living across from Lucy's school, the attached garage, and having the cutest fenced in backyard has been so worth it! Not to mention that our baby will have an actual bedroom as opposed to just sleeping in our abnormally large laundry room.... Haha! You win some, you lose some! But here's our cute apartment that we lived in for just a year!
 I do miss my nice granite countertops and big island... sigh! I knew they wouldn't last!
Girls bathroom- ours was the same, just with double sinks and a big linen closet. I didn't take any pictures of our room!
Girls room/playroom. I was worried how everything would fit into just one bedroom, but their room was pretty big and had a giant closet! It was totally fine.
 So long Commons and Apt 405! You were good to us, but I am so happy to be in a house! Yipee!

I still can't believe my little Clara-bear-a is old enough to be in Kindergarten! She has absolutely loved it. These two are pretty adorable walking to school every morning together! Another great soccer season! Tyler was roped into coaching Clara's team again and wins at the best dad and coach ever! He even took Rex with him to a bunch of games and coached while Rexy was strapped to him in the baby carrier! Dad of the year! (I was at piano lessons with Lucy!) Baby Rex kept getting bigger and bigger! Dad would put Rex in his only football outfit every Saturday to watch the Utes play! Haha. Teaching him young! Rex turned 10 months old in September! Lucy's biggest fan! Lucy has bee doing SO great at soccer! Soccer camp from this summer really helped the girls a ton! She was so aggressive and even scored a few goals! Goooo Lucy! hello!

it's me! I'm back. I have missed writing, so here I am. writing. so very much has happened since I first began this blog back in 2008! ah! almost 10 years ago. Time has seriously flown. I feel like I am a completely different person, and yet still exactly the same. Maybe just a little more perspective? That's a good thing right!? our family is still living the dream up here in North Dakota. We thought we were maybe coming up here for a year, and five and a half years later..... here we are! our kids have truly grown up here. Lucy is eight. Yes, eight! She has gotten to tall and gangly. She is wild and free, full of light, and joyful. Clara is six. She is full of FIRE, spice, and quite a bit of sass. She is fiercely loyal, tender, and a snuggler. Lucy is finally here!!

Lucy Jane Crosland February 25, 2009 1:23am 6 lbs 12 oz 18 inches long We would like to welcome our sweet little girl Lucy to the world! It was an eventful entrance she made and we're glad she is finally here and perfect! My water finally broke Tuesday afternoon so we went into the hospital about four and they decided to start me on pitocin since other than my water breaking not too much was going on-- after being on pitocin for about a 1/2 hr I was ready for my epidural! ((again- Im not quite sure how people do this naturally- I only had 30 minutes of real contractions and was ready for all the needles in the world!) The epidural was wonderful- I highly recommend it!! Well-- at midnight I had pretty much stalled out at being dialated at a 4.5--so the doctor came in and said that basically if I hadn't dialated in the next little while much it was most likely that they were going to do a C-section-- so for the next hour me, Ty and my mom just prayed that I was dialating, and I ...
