So much has been going on lately! Life is good, grand, and wonderful though! I'll be really honest I hate sappy blog posts. BUT. I had kind of a rough week for some reason last week, and I think I forget how much the little things make the biggest difference on your attitude and such. I won't go into it that much. But I am truly happy. I have the greatest family in the whole world. and that makes all the difference!

I also turned 21 on monday! Yay! I am finally 'legit'. All I need now is a ride on the Wendover party bus and I'm set! I got to go shopping. I feel completely satisfied! I didn't go shopping at all last fall or winter because of my 'prego-ness', so was feeling completely out of date. I now own a pair of skinny jeans so I feel like im back in style. Haha. Jk.

Also. 3 of my 'girls' now have the swine flu! Can you even believe it? Thank goodness I hadn't taken Lucy with me to practice lately, but we found out Tuesday two of them had it, and today another one for sure. SO we haven't had practice all week, and aren't cheering at the game this weekend. Hopefully after Labor Day we'll be back to normal! I'm fine so far... just keep washing my hands and avoiding the High school!

Tyler is now back working at APX, and decided to take 17 credits of school this semester, instead of his usual 12, and is only working part time now. A big change, but I think is a very wise decision on his part! Maybe graduation isn't so far away anymore!

    Happy Birthday!! 21 is so much cooler than 20.. I just turned legal a little while ago too;) Your family is beautiful and Lucy is so so cute!

I still can't believe my little Clara-bear-a is old enough to be in Kindergarten! She has absolutely loved it. These two are pretty adorable walking to school every morning together! Another great soccer season! Tyler was roped into coaching Clara's team again and wins at the best dad and coach ever! hello!

it's me! I'm back. I have missed writing, so here I am. writing. so very much has happened since I first began this blog back in 2008! ah! almost 10 years ago. Time has seriously flown. I feel like I am a completely different person, and yet still exactly the same. Maybe just a little more perspective? That's a good thing right!? our family is still living the dream up here in North Dakota. We thought we were maybe coming up here for a year, and five and a half years later..... here we are! our kids have truly grown up here. Lucy is eight. Yes, eight! She has gotten to tall and gangly. She is wild and free, full of light, and joyful. Clara is six. She is full of FIRE, spice, and quite a bit of sass. She is fiercely loyal, tender, and a snuggler. Lucy is finally here!!

Lucy Jane Crosland February 25, 2009 1:23am 6 lbs 12 oz 18 inches long We would like to welcome our sweet little girl Lucy to the world! It was an eventful entrance she made and we're glad she is finally here and perfect! My water finally broke Tuesday afternoon so we went into the hospital about four and they decided to start me on pitocin since other than my water breaking not too much was going on-- after being on pitocin for about a 1/2 hr I was ready for my epidural! ((again- Im not quite sure how people do this naturally- I only had 30 minutes of real contractions and was ready for all the needles in the world!) The epidural was wonderful- I highly recommend it!! Well-- at midnight I had pretty much stalled out at being dialated at a 4.5--so the doctor came in and said that basically if I hadn't dialated in the next little while much it was most likely that they were going to do a C-section-- so for the next hour me, Ty and my mom just prayed that I was dialating, and I ...
