LaRae's Wedding & More!

I forgot... Our cute friend, Lucy's 'godfather' Nate Neagle sent Lucy these in the mail the other day from Alaska! She now has her very own carhartts!

This Saturday Tyler's Grandma LaRae got married to cute Ed! We are so happy for them! We enjoyed a cute and quick ceremony at the church, and then some cake at the old folks home! Nothing better than a good wedding on a saturday afternoon! =)

Life is good! Lucy says , "mamamamama...." all the time! It's so cute. I think Tyler is a little sad that she doesn't say, "daddadada" as much though. She is so loud and animated all the time! I think I am officially done nursing as of this week. I was nursing her in the morning and at night, but Im afraid I have nothing left! =) The freedom of the bottle is great, I can now leave her whenever I want!

The Relief Society broadcast was great! I just love President Eyring. I'm excited to listen to all the wonderful talks this weekend during General Conference!

    I am so glad you posted pictures from the wedding. Jon had a softball tournament in Ogden and couldn't get out of it. It looks like it was fun...sad to miss seeing the Crosland's.

I still can't believe my little Clara-bear-a is old enough to be in Kindergarten! She has absolutely loved it. These two are pretty adorable walking to school every morning together! Another great soccer season! Tyler was roped into coaching Clara's team again and wins at the best dad and coach ever! it's me! I'm back. I have missed writing, so here I am. writing. so very much has happened since I first began this blog back in 2008! ah! almost 10 years ago. Time has seriously flown. I feel like I am a completely different person, and yet still exactly the same. Maybe just a little more perspective? That's a good thing right!? our family is still living the dream up here in North Dakota. We thought we were maybe coming up here for a year, and five and a half years later..... here we are! our kids have truly grown up here. Lucy is eight. Yes, eight! She has gotten to tall and gangly. She is wild and free, full of light, and joyful. Clara is six. She is full of FIRE, spice, and quite a bit of sass. She is fiercely loyal, tender, and a snuggler. Lucy is finally here!!

Lucy Jane Crosland February 25, 2009 1:23am 6 lbs 12 oz 18 inches long We would like to welcome our sweet little girl Lucy to the world! It was an eventful entrance she made and we're glad she is finally here and perfect! My water finally broke Tuesday afternoon so we went into the hospital about four and they decided to start me on pitocin since other than my water breaking not too much was going on-- after being on pitocin for about a 1/2 hr I was ready for my epidural! ((again- Im not quite sure how people do this naturally- I only had 30 minutes of real contractions and was ready for all the needles in the world!) The epidural was wonderful- I highly recommend it!! Well-- at midnight I had pretty much stalled out at being dialated at a 4.5--so the doctor came in and said that basically if I hadn't dialated in the next little while much it was most likely that they were going to do a C-section-- so for the next hour me, Ty and my mom just prayed that I was dialating, and I ...
