the COULD have been.. King size bed.

So it's 9:00am. I just got home from cheer, and was hoping to climb back into bed for a little while with cute Lucy, but instead i walked in the door and heard a squeal of delight from my cute daughter sitting on the living room floor looking up at me with the biggest smile on her face! {literally- she squeals now. who knows where this came from?} How could I be upset about sleep after seeing that?Ah, she is so cute.

Now anyway- because nothing eventful has gone on, I am going to tell a story, and it all begins with the damn birth control I started taking before we got married- yes i said damn. I mean honestly- who feels good about their birth control? Seriously? (this may be inappropriate- but im going to say it anyway. We have never tried to use a condom.... weird? Yes. I just started a new birth control and it's ok, but I think life without it would be better, but just never have tried to use anything else because... one of Tyler's good friends said that using a condom -, "Is like getting your back scratched with a sweatshirt on..." Hahaha... ) A big ANYWAY...

We had been married about 3 months and had just moved home from Chicago where Tyler was selling security systems for the summer. To put a long summer short- it sucked. I was a stay at home 'wife'. No car, no internet, no tv, no job, no husband. Paint the picture for you? I was ready to be back to a normal life to say the least... We had lived in the apartment where we are now for about 2 days and had just chosen out a bed at RC Willey- so up until this point we had been sleeping on an air mattress, and I was dying to get off of it. They said the bed would be ready for pick up the next day, so one of Tyler's dad's workers came with his truck to help Tyler pick it up. They went to go get it and I waited at home anxiously. A half hour later Tyler calls and said they had the wrong bed- the had a queen frame, but only had our mattress in a King but were willing to give us the King for the price of the queen- Because I had already bought the bedding I was for sure that we could not have a King size bed, and we must wait for the queen. HOw stupid am I? Well really stupid. Due to my terrible decision, and tyler's decision to agree with his wife, even though he knew I was very very wrong, we had our queen a day later.

Oh how i Long for that king size bed now.

i also like to think that I have changed and 'grown' enough in the last 2 years that i wouldn't have made such a big deal about a stupid bed now.

tyler sure has 'tamed' me. and i sure love him for it!

i think that whole post was pretty pointless, and just made me sound really stupid. I think i might post it anyway. Sorry. Im really not that dumb. I think...
