survived week number one with two crazy girls.



i can't believe how much i love little clara already!
i'll be honest- i was pretty worried, and tyler was really worried about loving this one as much as we love miss lucy- but it's amazing how we can love them both! =)
clara really is such a sweet baby, and has been so easy so far-- thank goodness!
i love just watching her sleep and holding her- she is so peaceful and it's so funny to see the difference between lucy just running around literally screaming. haha...
i am so blessed to be a mom of two amazing little girls!

and how cute is clara's boyfriend knox? holy crap. he is so handsome! 
nice job meg and ladd!
our two kids are two days apart- how cute huh? love it!

    Carly, Clara is beautiful and I am in love with that picture of her and Knox!!! How fun to have babies so close to one of our friends..it makes it that much more fun when they grow up together and seeing all the differen't stages together! I can't wait to hold Clara, I come in the 18th :) Good luck with the move and finding a coach..thats a lot of stress with also adjusting to having a newborn. Call me if you need to chat or vent or just talk mom talk! :) Love ya

I still can't believe my little Clara-bear-a is old enough to be in Kindergarten! She has absolutely loved it. These two are pretty adorable walking to school every morning together! Another great soccer season! Tyler was roped into coaching Clara's team again and wins at the best dad and coach ever! He even took Rex with him to a bunch of games and coached while Rexy was strapped to him in the baby carrier! Dad of the year! (I was at piano lessons with Lucy!) Baby Rex kept getting bigger and bigger! Dad would put Rex in his only football outfit every Saturday to watch the Utes play! Haha. Teaching him young! Rex turned 10 months old in September! hello!

it's me! I'm back. I have missed writing, so here I am. writing. so very much has happened since I first began this blog back in 2008! ah! almost 10 years ago. Time has seriously flown. I feel like I am a completely different person, and yet still exactly the same. Maybe just a little more perspective? That's a good thing right!? our family is still living the dream up here in North Dakota. We thought we were maybe coming up here for a year, and five and a half years later..... here we are! our kids have truly grown up here. Lucy is eight. Yes, eight! She has gotten to tall and gangly. She is wild and free, full of light, and joyful. Clara is six. She is full of FIRE, spice, and quite a bit of sass. She is fiercely loyal, tender, and a snuggler. Lucy is finally here!!

Lucy Jane Crosland February 25, 2009 1:23am 6 lbs 12 oz 18 inches long We would like to welcome our sweet little girl Lucy to the world! It was an eventful entrance she made and we're glad she is finally here and perfect! My water finally broke Tuesday afternoon so we went into the hospital about four and they decided to start me on pitocin since other than my water breaking not too much was going on-- after being on pitocin for about a 1/2 hr I was ready for my epidural! ((again- Im not quite sure how people do this naturally- I only had 30 minutes of real contractions and was ready for all the needles in the world!) The epidural was wonderful- I highly recommend it!! Well-- at midnight I had pretty much stalled out at being dialated at a 4.5--so the doctor came in and said that basically if I hadn't dialated in the next little while much it was most likely that they were going to do a C-section-- so for the next hour me, Ty and my mom just prayed that I was dialating, and I ...
