It's Spring!! Yay.

Well I haven't really given an update in a while. Last week was busy busy, but so fun too. Ben, Carrie, Cody and Macey were in town, we went to the zoo, my girls had their stunt safety clinic, we had our end of year banquet for this years squad, and had a big practice and one-day clinic/camp with UCA on Saturday for my cheerleaders again. And Everyone- Ty took the picture- I'm pretty sure he cut a few girls out. I can't believe this year is already over! We only have 3 more practices, and then they are done. Wow! I survived my first year, and I love these girls to death.
Things have been going so so great lately. Lucy is growing more and more every day and is getting to be So much fun! She is such a smiley little baby, and quite the little talker. She is also starting to really notice things more, and really be entertained by her toys. She has this little monkey thats like a little play-gym that she will just lay under for ever just looking at and hitting the little toys. She thinks its pretty cool! I can't believe she is almost 3 months old! Time has seriously just flown by!! I am SO glad it is warm again- I signed up to run the Hobblecreek 1/2 marathon in August, so me and Lucy will go running about every other day together, and on a walk everyday now that its nice outside! She loves her stroller, and will usually fall asleep eventually, but loves being outside and just looking around! Looking forward to.... Memorial Day and maybe boating soon?? Our 2 year anniversary on May 30th!! then... Lake Powell, and just lazy summer days! i LOVE summer. me and lucy will be getting our tan on- I'm frequently told that Lucy has 'tan/olive' skin.. I gotta catch up with her. Haha. Life is good. Can't complain.
Did anyone watch the Batchelorette tonight? I love Jillian. I really like Jake-- and how about the creepy foot guy? He would have hated me, I have quite possibly the ugliest feet ever! Haha.
One of my best friends Kameron got home from his mission this past week! I can't wait to see him, and hook him up with all my cute graduating cheerleaders. =) And for him to meet Lucy of course. I swear we were just in 5th grade. Time flys!

    So cute, I love that girls dress with the black lace on top..SO cute!! I love the bachelor I like Kipton, Mathue, Jake and I can't remember who else. Lucy looks cute as ever!

I still can't believe my little Clara-bear-a is old enough to be in Kindergarten! She has absolutely loved it. These two are pretty adorable walking to school every morning together! Another great soccer season! Tyler was roped into coaching Clara's team again and wins at the best dad and coach ever! He even took Rex with him to a bunch of games and coached while Rexy was strapped to him in the baby carrier! Dad of the year! (I was at piano lessons with Lucy!) hello!

it's me! I'm back. I have missed writing, so here I am. writing. so very much has happened since I first began this blog back in 2008! ah! almost 10 years ago. Time has seriously flown. I feel like I am a completely different person, and yet still exactly the same. Maybe just a little more perspective? That's a good thing right!? our family is still living the dream up here in North Dakota. We thought we were maybe coming up here for a year, and five and a half years later..... here we are! our kids have truly grown up here. Lucy is eight. Yes, eight! She has gotten to tall and gangly. She is wild and free, full of light, and joyful. Clara is six. She is full of FIRE, spice, and quite a bit of sass. She is fiercely loyal, tender, and a snuggler. Lucy is finally here!!

Lucy Jane Crosland February 25, 2009 1:23am 6 lbs 12 oz 18 inches long We would like to welcome our sweet little girl Lucy to the world! It was an eventful entrance she made and we're glad she is finally here and perfect! My water finally broke Tuesday afternoon so we went into the hospital about four and they decided to start me on pitocin since other than my water breaking not too much was going on-- after being on pitocin for about a 1/2 hr I was ready for my epidural! ((again- Im not quite sure how people do this naturally- I only had 30 minutes of real contractions and was ready for all the needles in the world!) The epidural was wonderful- I highly recommend it!! Well-- at midnight I had pretty much stalled out at being dialated at a 4.5--so the doctor came in and said that basically if I hadn't dialated in the next little while much it was most likely that they were going to do a C-section-- so for the next hour me, Ty and my mom just prayed that I was dialating, and I ...
