South Dakota: Bear World and a Cowboy Dinner

after Lunch we all piled in the Yukon Bonnie and Jeff rented, and headed into Bear World! and bears we did see! It was seriously so cool. We saw SO many bears, and so up close! We also saw quite a few wolves, elk, deer, mountain goats, and bears! It was such a beautiful perfect day, and the animals were amazing.
After driving through we were able to get out and walk around 'baby land'. The kids were in heaven, and again, the animals were pretty amazing. It was so nice to just relax and let the kids run free. I'm so glad there were no crowds anywhere we went!
It's not obvious that I am the only in-law in the picture is it? They all look so much alike!
Our group: Callie, Blake, Luke, Lucy, Clara, Tyler, Jeff, Bonnie, Jessi, and Amy
Love these girls. Blakey just barely turned 4 in September, Lucy will be 4 in February, and Clara and Callie are 17 months, and 16 months. Such cute little friends!
Best Papa ever! Thanks so much for such a fun trip!
That night we headed out to a fun 'Chuck-wagon' dinner! It was on part of the movie set of Dances with Wolves... which I'm afraid to admit I have never seen... however, it was still cool and we had a yummy dinner with some awesome entertainment!
Words can't even describe how much I love this little trouble maker!
 They are seriously the cutest!
So just for my memory... Lucy had a case of the 'runs' this night and may or may not have had a little accident in her panties... She kept announcing to everyone we would walk by on our way to the bathroom, "I went poo-poo in my panties!" Then again as soon as anyone walked into the bathroom when we were getting her changed, etc... I could not get her to stop talking about it! She is seriously so friendly it is going to get her into trouble! She always manages to make me laugh!

Our food was good, and they had this little cowboy band that did a bunch of different acts, and my favorite was Elvis dancing for this cute old lady. AWESOME.
We ended the night by driving up to get our first peek of 'the faces on the mountain'!! As Lucy calls them... This is the creepiest/worst picture ever, but it was SO cool! The Black Hills are absolutely gorgeous and Mt. Rushmore was awesome. I would love to go back someday!
More to come!
