Clara Mae- 15 months

this little girl is trouble... i love her!

Clara at church last week-- she found a spot to sit under the table, and insisted on wearing Lucy's backpack around everywhere even though it almost tipped her over!

I'm taking a break from documenting all of our fun adventures the last month, to blogging about this little fiesty girl!

Clara is just about 15 months old, and HOLY COW this girl is a fiesty little spit-fire!

I just weighed her, and she is now 24 lbs of pure chunky-ness.

She has her top 5 teeth, 3 bottom, and is getting her two molars. So 10 teeth! And she has a huge mouth, so we constantly are seeing all of those chompers!

She either takes one 3 hour nap, or a couple shorter naps, and goes down usually at like 7:30/8 and sleeps until around 7-8:30ish when she has a bottle. She will then even fall back to sleep for a another hour or so if she isn't poopy! 

She is the best little communicator, she can always manage to get across what she wants by grunts, growls, arm movements, gibberish, etc... It's actually pretty nice!

She now says 'Uh-Ohh' all the time, along with screaming 'MA-MA!!' at the top of her longs about 100x a day. She has become a little mama's girl lately- she always cries now when I drop her off at day care, but always stops too after I'm gone for about 2 minutes.

We taught her how to do 'cheers'. (you know, when you clink your glasses together-- Lucy loves it!) and now Clara wants to do it all the time, she can even kind of say it! it's so cute.

She also has this top of lungs death-scream that she does whenever she doesn't get what she wants. Awesome. Seriously-- she is SOO loud, and loves to do this scream during church! 

She literally screams/whines at the top of her lungs when she doesn't get exactly what she wants. She's almost comical she is SO loud!

She is so very fiesty, and is very strong. She loves to play with Lucy, and can literally steal toys out of her hands. 

She knows all the actions to 'If you're happy and you know it', and does them all and dances to it the whole time! She dances to any music that is on, and loves shaking her hips!

She always walks around with this kissy face on. It's like her grumpy face or something- I need to get a good picture. It's hilarious.

She is kind of a picky eater, and loves fruit, cheese, and eggs! She loves drinking from a sippy cup, and  loves holding her own fork if I put food on it for her. She even tries to blow on her food if it's hot- such a little copy cat!

She waves and says "Hi" to everyone we see, EVERYWHERE! and now shakes her finger at me and says, "No, No, No!!" Grandma Carrie taught her that one!

oh and the BEST-- she can say prayers. Everytime you say it she folds her little chubby arms and starts speaking gibberish. It's the cutest thing EVER!

She is also constantly getting into trouble, and LOVES to stand on things. I found her standing on their little play table the other day, she stands on her little walker, etc... etc... Just stands there grinning from ear to ear waiting for someone to come get her! She loves sitting at their table too. It's pretty cute.

She still loves her blankys and anytime she finds one she immediately curls up with it! 

She has become a much better on the go sleeper! She will sleep in the stroller when we are out and about-- yay! Just needs her binky and blanky and mommy to walk her around for a bit!

She really is the sweetest little thing, even if she is pretty fiesty and stubborn!

Clara is really the sweetest little thing, she loves to snuggle when she has her binky and blanky, and is really such a good, easy baby. This age is always SO hard at church-- it's like a joke every single week, but we love her SO SO much. She's my little princess, and I love my sweet baby girl!

I also managed to get her first pony tail, and pig tails in this week! Momentous occasion at our house! Haha. She is getting quite the mullet, so I'm going to have to cut it soon or just keep the piggies in!
